“I was very happy with the panels I purchased from The Panel Company. Firstly the price was great, delivery was quick and the packaging was substantial meaning the panels were received in perfect condition and the panels themselves were a very good quality - all in all very pleased and would thoroughly recommend”

“Absolute amazing company made 3 4 orders in 3 mths and everytime they delivered had a hick up due to delivery address but all sorted and to my surprise they compensated me which i didnt ask for so amazing service And the project that i was doing looks fabulous Thank you”

“The panels took a little time to arrive but were in good condition. They are well made but when cutting the black backing you seem to get a lot of black dust. When cutting holes for power sockets a small section of the batten fell off and had to be restapled. Overall I am happy to recommend.”

“The product is great quality however, the communication from the company was very limited and so I didn't have much awareness on an expected delivery date until 24hrs in advance. Luckily a neighbour was able to accept the delivery as I was out at work.”

“I'm not happy with my order. I ordered four panels, and they all arrived faded, with rough edges and splinters. After emailing customer service, they only offered a return, not a replacement, which was frustrating since I had already scheduled a fitter. I should have returned the panels before fitting them, but I removed them afterward due to the excessive splinters, as they were not safe to use. DONOT ORDER FROM THEM”

As a gesture of goodwill, we offered to collect the panels and provide a full refund. We always aim to support our customers and would have been happy to replace any panels that arrived damaged. Regarding your feedback about excessive splinters – this is not something we have encountered previously, as the panels are designed to be cut to size, which is why we provide tutorial guides to assist with installation.
