“The panels as delivered were modest in price and reasonably well made. However, delivery took the best part of a week, which I felt was slow. The trims came on a separate order, and although only four trim pieces, the delivery charge was £30 which I felt was excessive. This was also a slow delivery. When we started installing we realised that one of the trims had not been delivered....we were one short. The Panel Company delivered another free of charge but it meant we had to send the installer home half-way through, then he had to come back a couple of weeks later to finish the job. So, adequate and well priced panels, slow and expensive delivery, errors in quantities delivered.”

Hi Roger - Thank you for bringing this to our attention, having looked into this you were incorrectly charged £30 delivery for currently an unknown reason which I am getting the team to look into, apologies this happened to you. I have since refunded you the £30 shipping fee (you should have received an email notification for this refund). Just to touch on your comment about our delivery service, it is stipulated on our delivery page to allow for 5-10 working days for delivery, the reason for this is because we deliver orders on our own fleet of vans to avoid damages and missing packages that come with shipping out via courier service. Hi Andy Thanks for the kind words, Sorry they do not come with a T&G on each end, the panels are usually sufficient in length that this isn't needed. However we do sell a H Joining Trim for such uses. The Panel Company

“Product looks great on the wall but I had to write off two panels as I left them outside overnight out of packaging. They turned brown (not what you need when they are gloss white). Customer services just said that was normal. Delivery very slow and their claim to have zero damage as they do the handling is over optimistic. There was minor damage that had to be worked around. Would not use this supplier again.”

Hi Alan - Thank you for taking the time to leave us feedback, whilst I can understand your frustration we do clearly stipulate on all invoices that if panels are left outside where UV rays can hit them, they will discolour. See info on ALL invoices we give to customers > UV Warning PLEASE NOTE: Panels must not be exposed to direct sunlight, this includes cutting the panels outside. We are NOT responsible for any panel discolouration due to sunlight exposure. Please ask a member of staff for more details. Furthermore this warning is also stamped in large on the actual packaging of all our staple shower panels (in particular this warning was on the shower panel packaging which you had received). With regards to the slight damage, you can report these and the customer service team will go above and beyond to get this rectified. - Damages & Defects: If you receive a damaged, faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt to let us know and we will assess the damage, we will arrange to refund or replace the item(s). Any refunds or replacements will be processed upon return receipt of the returned item(s). If you would like to discuss this further please do get in touch with us. The Panel Company

“Not impressed at all. Firstly the majority of the panels delivered were completely wrong resulting in replacements sent four days later. When they did arrive the fitter then had to work around damage to some of them on the edges, which must have been caused by lack care in storage or transportation. Even the parts to help fit the panels were scuffed . Overall not as comparable or apparently damage resistant as other panels I or the fitter have used previously from other competitors .”

“Delivery made on advised time but between placing order and delivery there was no update on order and adhesive added by telephone post online order was not actioned despite being advised at time it would be and an amended invoice raised overall an ok purchase but would not recommend over any other retailer of similar goods”

“I have used the panel company many times now , I have no faults to mention, all delivery’s have been on time and in perfect order . Customers services are great and very helpful in helping you understand any products and their installation. The 10mm panels are exceptionally strong easy to cut and instal , prices vary but are still affordable compared to a tiling job 👍🏻”

“Great product and fast delivery. Ordered the panels a week before our fitter was supposed to come out and I emailed to ask if they could try and get the panels out as quick as possible. The panels were delivered within 2 days. Couldn’t fault the service or the product”
