“I went to the shop in Dartford. I ordered 20 panels while I was there as that is what they had in stock. Then I needed another 6 which I ordered. 2 weeks went by had no call or anything so I called then was told can't get them and they now only have 16 in stock. Would of been nice to receive some sort of call rather than me chase you. So I have had to go elsewhere.”

“Good choice of panels. Panels are easy to install and look fabulous. Good quality compared to some I've seen. Delivered with care, driver was very accommodating and carried them to room of my choice. Kept informed of delivery time”

“Excellent service from point of purchase via an easy to navigate website through to delivery. Our purchases arrived via their own delivery service by a polite and professional driver. The boards were well packaged and free from transit damage or blemishes. We would definately recommend this company.”

“Great products, this is our third order now. Good comms and great quality. Delivery can be a pain time wise, depending on where you are, but as it’s free I still gave 5 stars, can’t complain about that for sure!”

“We made a couple of orders from The Panel Company, and the experience was varied. The Good: So the products are great quality, pricing is reasonable, and they deliver. The Bad: Delivery is slow, so when you order don't expect to receive it quickly. Also, we ordered some stuff that we needed to complete our bathroom, but from order to delivery it was at least 5 days, and when we received the delivery the wrong stuff had been sent. This was problematic, as we had a tradesman doing the work, and he'd been waiting on the ordered parts to complete the job, and we didn't have time to wait another 5+ days for the correct items to be delivered. So I had to drive a 110 mile round trip to collect the correct items from the Dartford store, drop them to my builder in Colchester and then drive home to London. Despite the issues, the products are good and we were ultimately happy in the end.”

“The panels arrived on time, they looked just like on the pictures! Very good quality, easy to fit. It was my first time installing panels and getting them with lines made the installation a bit more difficult, but they look great”
