“Our initial reaction was , completely empty massive showroom with 5/6 lady assistants sat behind the desk. We had to ask the questions rather than being offered help/support - we were then told the one we chose wasn’t in stock & that that don’t know when it will be (unhelpful) - I then went home & ordered on line for free delivery - as a business model this seems confusing to say the least. The actual delivery process was excellent and the delivery man was helpful and pleasant”

“Can’t fault the quality of product and service. Delivery is slick and if you need to amend or change your order there is zero fuss. Very pleased with the results in 2 bathrooms.”

“Very easy to order and all the way to delivery. excellent price. The only concern was that the poor delivery driver had to carry then in on his own even though on the packing it says 2 people.”

“Was directed to the Panel Company by my son in law. Found their web site easy to use, and their prices very competitive. A great selection of products. Purchasing and arranging delivery was very straightforward. Delivery was a dream. It may have been delayed byv24 hours, but they let me know in advance, snd kept e updated on progress. Delivery driver was very courteous and helpful.”
