“I've ordered 2 lots of panels. First, narrow slat full length. These were unavailable when I ordered them, but told an estimated ' in warehouse' date. They were delivered within 2 days of that date...Excellent. The second was the raised and fielded panels. Delivered within 4 days. Both really good quality and well built (better than that well known warehouse BBQ!!) Great price. Delivered by company van (same guy) Spoke to customer service's who were great, even my special request of a delaying a delivery was spot on. Got a txt with a 2 hour window and both orders were on time Would absolutely recommend the products and company. 100%”

“Good order checking by office staff saved us receiving wrong parts - so good Unfortunately panels were not supplied in 4-7 days delivery time frame But delivery was as and when received so it's a good company but just needs to be a bit more up front about product availability And good pricing so thanks as panels look very good”

“Never buy off this firm ! They say 4 to 7 days delivery, after 10 days they delivered the wrong stuff, no apology, driver said he would sort it and deliver next day ( didn't hear from them ! ) left to me after another 4 days to chase them up , after several ,more phone calls they have promised ( verbally) to deliver in 4 days time , what poor customer service ! No email to confirm, And I'm still waiting so watch this space !”

“Really pleased the with quality of the wood panels and although I had to trim them to fit they were easy to do so with no damage delivery was excellent kept up to date with tracking and delivery driver was very pleasant and brought them into my home and left them in a safe place I now have them up in my kitchen and looks amazing definitely recommend this company”

“Panels arrived well packed and on time fitted them over 2 days and now the wall looks stunning well happy , the light grey sulcado range, and the acoustics don't half make the difference. Would recommend to anyone for a great wall feature.”

“The panels and trims delivered are great quality. The only small issue I had was that I was not informed of when my delivery was coming so was not at home unfortunately the delivery was just left on my driveway. Luckily it was still there when I returned home.”

“I've never used this material before. It was easy. Excellent result in the downstairs cloakroom. I created a feature wall with it. The trim is an essential finishing touch. My wife is happy so that's all good.”

“Was given a 1 hour time slot when ordering then it went to 2 hours then it went to 2.3/4 hours not a good company or honest company in my opinion hence wont be ordering again”

Although we do aim to deliver within the 1 hour predicted time slot, from time to time our drivers may experience delays when travelling distance on the motorway due to accidents that are unfortunately not in our control. Our delivery system will always notify you by text to keep you informed of any changes to the expected time of arrival. We are sorry once again for the delayed delivery, we can see after looking into this that our driver was running approximately 45 minutes behind. Rest assured this wasn't intentional.
