Was given a 1 hour time slot when ordering then it went to 2 hours then it went to 2.3/4 hours not a good company or honest company in my opinion hence wont be ordering again

Although we do aim to deliver within the 1 hour predicted time slot, from time to time our drivers may experience delays when travelling distance on the motorway due to accidents that are unfortunately not in our control. Our delivery system will always notify you by text to keep you informed of any changes to the expected time of arrival. We are sorry once again for the delayed delivery, we can see after looking into this that our driver was running approximately 45 minutes behind. Rest assured this wasn't intentional. Great product. The panels being discounted and reasonably priced is slightly misleading. The costs of the trim’s, adhesive, ends caps ended up being 40% on top of the panel order…… my panels also took 9 working days to arrive. No body’s notified me they wouldn’t be delivered in the 3-7 day period advertised online. The panels themselves are great, easy to install etc

Top quality panels, really easy to work with, no problems with cutting out rectangles for sockets. Got them delivered within 3 days, had small problem which has been quickly resolved by customer service. Would definitely recommend and I'm going to buy a few panels more in the near future. Love them

Order placed 30/1/2024, eight days later no contact regarding delivery date so as advised I contacted Bristol. They called back within the hour to advise that delivery is direct from the manufacturer, and I was given a delivery date for a further eight days later 16/02/2024. I replied and asked why, if a delivery date could be arranged with the manufacturer within an hour, why was it not done straight away when I placed the order, instead of keeping me waiting for eight days, and then me having to chase it up. Delivery was made on that day, but as I had already suspected, not by someone from the manufacturer, but by a panel company driver. I emailed a complaint and received a response stating that this would be passed up the line to higher management who would investigate and either call or email their response. As of todays date 29/03/2024 I have heard nothing I assume that their investigation is being done so methodical and in depth that it is taking this long ?, or could it be that they have washed their hands of it ?? Won't hold my breath for a response anytime soon. Disgraceful customer service.

Great customer service had an issue with a damaged panel and The Panel company delivered another free of charge. Fantastic delivery to Aberdeenshire also, and very well priced panels. I would recommend them to anyone.

Called with a short notice request for 4 panels Ordered on the Wednesday and were delivered on the Friday morning I can't thank them enough for all there help Brilliant customer service Wish other companies were as good as this

Delivery was on time, none of the plastic panels was broken. I used them on the shower room selling. Before I was having problems when get rid of mould paint was peeling of.

Excellent in every way. They supplied samples for me to choose from, then the panels I decided on were delivered by their own driver ( NOT some delivery firm) who took time and care with the panels which were all individually boxed. I great company and one I highly recommend. 5 out of 5 stars.

First the good. Quality good. Price good. Looks well in the bathroom. Customer service initially was very good from order to delivery. Order arrived in timely manner. Packaging intact. Delivery driver excellent, very pleasant. Not so good. Having been told any over order could be returned in original undamaged packaging, I attempted to return a selection of aluminium trims (£140 worth) still in their plastic wrappers to be informed refund wasn’t possible as the “30day period” had expired. First I’d heard of this. I declined the offer to hand them back without refund, no doubt to be resold. Shame as I would have used this company again. No point trying to return the spare panel (£60 worth).

Fantastic company. Panels were competitively priced with a huge selection of styles. When they arrived I was very pleased with the quality. They went out of their way to help me get my order quickly, arrived next day early morning. Would only use this company for any panelling I need!

I was very clueless when it came to ordering panels for my bathroom so i called the Bristol branch and spoke to Gaz who was so very helpful and informative. He also advised me when i could expect my delivery and true to his word they arrived on time. i couldn't be more happy with the panels and the transformation of my bathroom. i will definitely recommend the Panel Company. Excellent in every way. They ssupplied me with samples so I could choose the correct panel for our bathroom. My panels arrived within no time ,delivered by their own driver who carried them all around to the rear of my bungalow for md. Each panel was individually boxed. All at prices that were better than anywhere else I could find. Do not hesitate to buy from this company. 5 stars all round.

Unreliable Unreliable, bad communication, no order tracking. You get a text message to say order being delivered, then on the day they message you to say delivery cancelled due to "unforeseen circumstances". Called up customer service, get told driver is sick. I tell them ok this order is important and it's 175 mile journey for me, want to make sure this doesn't happen tomorrow for when it's rescheduled and they have a different driver. Customer service say that it would be unbelievable coincidence if there was another delay. Next day comes..... another text message... "Due to unforeseen circumstances....." Well now they're just taking the **** Called them up and told van has broken down. They've got some cowboys working in logistics. Cancelled the order after they said they'd definitely deliver it next day. Can't trust them to deliver, imagine if you have an issue with the product what a hassle it will be to get it rectified. Their Logistics manager isn't brightest spark either. Absolutely pathetic.
