“First time using panels and it couldn't have been easier. Really pleased with how they look. The colour had more beige in it than I was expecting but still worked well with our colour scheme. Really liked the satin finish. We've got some shower panels with a shiny finish and these ones definitely feel/look more luxurious.”

“Very happy with ease of purchase, communication and delivery. However, the panels themselves were thin and flimsy and had a tendency to bend away from the wall whilst trying to stick them down. A small bathroom required 16 tubes of glue (£100 extra expense), and the use of props to keep the panels in contact with the wall whilst drying. I certainly wouldn't recommend that particular panel to anyone.”

Good Morning, Thank you for your feedback. When fitting a panel, they shouldnt bend away from the wall but as they are 2.7M long there will be a degree of flex. The first panel is fitted in place securely and ideally you secure with a small screw or pin in the rear tab but even in the absence of a mechanical fixing the adhesive should give you instant grab...so the panel will adhere to the wall and not bend off the wall. After the first panel is fitted, the second and subsequent panels are fitted into each other and that will help secure the panels whilst the adhesive cures but if you use a screw or pin in the rear tab that locks the panel in place. With regards the cost of the adhesive. It really does depend on what adhesive you use and what the existing wall covering is. We have Pink Grip available at a great price of just over £4 a tube so if you used this adhesive it would cost far less than the £100. “Very bad experience,ordered trims arrived in time,but not all was there need them for a job to finish off Called customer services,they advised me to buy from someone one local . Was promised a full refund,didn't get refunded in time had to chease it ,got refund for one trim which was missing,was told why should do a full refund. Paid more to get the missing trim from local supplier,dispet I paid 15 pounds for delivery from you. I believe I am entitled to a full refund and an apology.”

“Because I live in Aberdeenshire My orders are put out from Durham, They dont answer any questions and lack of communication is frustrating, I also dont know why it takes so long to dispatch, Is this a one man band??”

Good Morning, May I apologise for the delay and frustration you have experienced with your order. I have checked with the hub that is processing your order and can confirm you will receive delivery tomorrow, 8th. With regards the lack of communication, we have experienced a number of problems with mail using the yahoo.com domain which will explain our limited response but that technical issue is now rectified. I can assure you we are not a one man band, we are the largest Decor Cladding supplier in the UK by a wide margin and we deliver every order on our own fleet. Most cladding suppliers rely on couriers. We do not use couriers because of the number of damages, we want you to receive your panels in perfect condition. “So far not had my panels delivered and still waiting. Had to call to find out what is happening and got a mixed bag of replies. Hoping they will arrive next week, otherwise I'll want my money back. Experience so far not great I'm afraid.”

“Good priced shower panels. Delivered in accordance with stated time frame. Patience is required due to large items and use of own van fleet. Good delivery driver, panels well packaged. In process of fitting and am well pleased with quality of panels and trim. They should look great. Will use this company again. Recommended.”

“First class service. There was an issue with the address I provided to the company which delayed delivery but customer services were superb and between us all we sorted the problem and the goods (panel trims various) were delivered which are great quality and finished my paneling off perfectly. “Fantastic service. Easy to order online. Love the panels we purchased for our kitchen. Although they are bathroom panels we used in our kitchen and the kitchen now looks fabulous. Our panels arrived quickly and in very good order. Driver was very nice and polite and cared about the items he was delivering. Would definitely recommend The Panel Company for sure.”
