“I have attached before and after pics panels are good quality they sent me 1 extra panel Delivered on time completely changed the look of my bathroom as my ceiling was damaged with cracks”

“3 of the 4 panels arrived damaged. They were only in a thin layer of cardboard which doesn't offer enough protection if care isn't taken. Then called up to speak to customer services who said they would arrange replacements, 5 days later and I've not heard anything and had to chase to see despite me saying I was on a deadline for completing work. Really disappointed”

“Really easy to order on line I was kept informed about my order it was delivered on the day I was told it would delivery guy really nice friendly happy guy would definitely recommend the panel company and definitely use them again panels are great they’re sturdy and look amazing the lads I had installing these and my shower love working with these panels thank you so much glad I found you”

“The panel arrived well wrapped and protected, have no complaints to speak of only that the white gloss didn't match my white gloss bathroom tiles, needed to be a little whiter but no problem it looks okay, the panel itself was of good quality I'm happy.”

“I contacted The Panel Company in an utter panic after another well known supplier of bathroom panels cancelled my order 2 WORKING DAYS before delivery of some panels that had been ordered and paid for a month 🤬 Adam at The Panel Companies Huddersfield branch told me they had the stock l needed, but it was the Rotherham branch that served my area. Adam liased with Lindon at the Rotherham branch and arranged for them to collect the panels l needed from Huddersfield, Lindon then sorted me out with a delivery slot for just 1 day later than the other company should have delivered them meaning our bathroom refurb customers were not delayed in their job being started. I'm absolutely blown away by the customer care that these guys showed me, they went above and beyond to step up when (DBS) the other company completely failed me. I know where our company will be spending our £7k a year from now on.... Many many thanks, you saved our bacon, and we are extremely grateful. Lisa @ Pash Property Care Joinery and Plumbing”

“Bought panels waited for delivery nobody arrived. The driver told the manager he couldn’t find the address when a sat nav brings you to the gate! Another delivery arranged. Waited again but this time an installer was also waiting to fit the panelling. Nobody arrived. Phone call was made to be told that no paperwork was there and our order wasn’t loaded. Fitter went to another job but needed 50% of his money. We received 20% refund and a man with a van delivered our order 2 hours after stated. What a joke”

“The products are fine and reasonably priced. The delivery was efficient but because it was Easter it took 10 days for delivery which really is too long. It held the project up and we had to move jobs around to accommodate. One panel was slightly damaged on a corner but not worth waiting for a replacement so used it elsewhere.”
