“Still waiting for the order I placed on 4th March. Its now the 20th. No communication. Contacted the assigned warehouse (Bristol) to find out what's going on and got an email back saying there been a stock issue my items are due soon. No suggestion of time frame of likely delivery! Terrible lack of communication and transparency.”

“The panels were delivered carefully and at the agreed time. They were used to cover an area of removed tiles around bath. I found them easy to handle and cut with a sharp saw. Panel adhesive attached them easily and appropriate trims made a great looking job. Also they provide the perfect seal that tiles did not! Delighted.”

“It was a pleasure doing business right from the friendly staff in the Bristol showroom, to the delivery driver, and the quick response from the helpline when I needed it. Quality wise the panels were spot on, so easy to fit, however with 1 Mtr panels, would suggest having someone giving you a hand. This is my second room completed now, main bathroom next”

“Lovely product; I ordered the black Trezzano shower panels. I didn’t realise they were outlined as tiles. They look fantastic, we’re really pleased with them. So glad that I ordered the dark option.”
