“Over and beyond the call of duty....Great service from Gaz today who arranged a special delivery by coordinating when the panels would arrive otherwise I would have been hanging around in the cold all morning waiting for them to arrive as i was based elsewhere. He then went over and beyond the call of duty by helping me to get them to my top floor flat when I discovered they wouldn't fit in the lift. Many thanks Gaz I don't know what I would have done without your great customer service. !! Really happy with the product, the price and the presales telephone service too! Cheers Andy”

“After I was let down by a select other shower panel company’s, found these guys on google. Made a few inquired on live chat to a guy called Harry! He assured me that my delivery would be prompt and to call this number he quoted to me, I did so and the guy Johnny I spoke to was so professional with advice on what I needed and also informed me that the guy I was speaking to on live chat was the owner of the company😱 thankyou so much harry! You been so professional. my panels arrived when they said (I love them) all in all such a great company to buy from.”

“Want to give these guys a massive thank you in many ways. I had used wall panels before and wanted to do my bathroom in the same way, instead of tiling. I'm based in SW London and tried a local bathoom company for the bathroom suite and panels All was good with the suite but all the panels were damaged, so I returned them and a week later they replaced them with 8 more panels, only to find all the new ones were damaged as well. Fed up with this and the time wasted, we looked around and found The Panel Company online. We called them and explained our predicament. I spoke to the person who happened to be the owner and he told me it was possibly the couriers who delivered the panels, may have caused the damage and that if we ordered from them, they themselves would deliver and that they were going to be in London within the next 2-3 days. So my fitter was ready at my house awaitng the delivery, they turned up within minutes of the arranged time slot. They brought them in and waited while the panels were checked. Every one of them were in perfect condition. What made me even more happier, was that these guys were about £130 cheaper than the original panels. Highly recommend The Panel Company”

“Just finishing a large house conversion into 3 apartments. Needed shower panels for 3 showers plus the aluminium trims. Of ALL the companies we have bought from, which have been many, The Panel Company have been by far the best. Fantastic, helpful, friendly service... quite unbelievable actually. I spoke to a couple of other shower panel companies before deciding to order with these guys...the other companies were unhelpful and uninterested. I needed delivery in a hurry and Johnny got everything to me next day... My second order for extra trim was also needed urgently...another young man brought the trim after work , the same day, foggy night, 3 days before Christmas !!!! He said he lived not too far away but when I checked, he was making over an hour's round trip to me before he got home that night!! Incredible. I hope these guys read this review because they deserve thanks and more importantly they deserve the business. I haven't even mentioned the product yet. We've never used shower panels before but as we're doing a rental, our chippy advised us to go for it. No grout to go black over the years etc... We were a bit reluctant at first , especially because the prices were amazing compared to other companies and we are looking for a high end quality look... All I can say is WOW!! We bought concrete beige panels...they look sleek, expensive and beautiful ..totally love em. Great great quality. Going to have them at home next. Cannot recommend this company highly enough. Service, price, product...5*+...would have given 10* if it was an option... Fantastic. Thank you again to the young man who delivered my trims..I am very grateful.”

“We received a damaged panel and within 30 minutes of letting them know we had received a phone call to say a new panel would be with us within a week. This was two days before Christmas so service was excellent.”

“Called this company at 8.15am to get the answer machine. Got a return call at 9.30 off a man called jonny who said he was just returning a call to me as a voicemail had been left. He asked how he could help me for me to say “ didn’t you listen to my voicemail”?? For him to tell me he had spilled a coffee on his computer and his speaker had stopped working and only had my number. he sounded like he had a long morning poor lad! I told him I had placed an order a few days before where I spoke to a man called kyle. He was so lovely and advised me what I needed to do my bathroom restoration and made me feel at ease with paying for my order and not been let down with delivery’s that didn’t turn up then to be told they had gone out of stock even tho it was in stock at time of order(Victoria plumb). Jonny said kyle was busy when I asked for him vocally, kyle told him to look after me which ended in my delivery getting delivered 2 hours later as my postcode fell in to the delivery drivers route and could be added to that....... had my panels delivered 1 hour later! Top service”

“Very poor communication about delivery. They never reply to emails and after waiting for a delivery to arrive I didn't even get a courtesy call to explain why they didnt get to me! I Wont be using this company in the future.”

“My husband made the order online then realised we missed some of the trims. spoke to a friendly guy named kyle who added them to the order so they would be delivered together(thanks kyle). Had our delivery within 2 days(very pleased) we then made a cutting mistake so called customer services again and asked to speak kyle to be told he was busy By a man called jonny who is Such a nice guy to speak to. He informed me that there wasn’t anymore of the panel we choose in the same batch number in the warehouse. He told me to leave it with him and he would call me back shortly as he was going to source one from else where. 5 mins later he called me back saying he was getting one transferred over and he would try his best to get it to me for the next day as we were desperate for it. Had a call off him 2 hours later to say he had packaged the panel up himself so he knew I would get it the following day(thanks jonny). I was going to track it the following day myself but received a call at 8:45am (very early jonny) ha! To inform me that he had checked the status of my delivery with the courier and how many drops away it was from my drop off, I could have checked this status myself as I had received tracking details already. Told jonny I would have done the tracking myself for him to say..... it’s nice to be nice isn’t it and saves you a job doesn’t it Sara(true gent). From start to finish dealing with the panel company has been a dream, thanks both kyle and jonny in customer services for been such pleasant professionals in what they do xx”
