I was panicking about the delivery of these wall panels and the arrival of my workmen to start the job. Adam went out of his way to try and help me with success!!! My panels will be arriving in time. I am so happy with this personal service. Thank you julie

very competative price, quick delivery, and happy to answer queries. ordered brushed white for the ensuite looks beautiful with white strips and edgings. So happy ordred the grey panels with glitter again very happy finished with the silver trims

Unfortunately, I had a short delivery from my online order, I spoke to Adam and he couldn’t have been more helpful in arranging for this to be replaced. My fitter also forgot to include a couple of items in the original order and Adam was able to add these and arrange for a priority shipment so the installation is not held up. Best customer service I have received in a very long time!

Placed my order online and have to say great prices guys. Had a phone call from Keith to advised me that I had ordered the wrong sized trims. In fact I had completely ordered the wrong trims thanks to the fitter. Changed the order and received 2 days later. Arrived in a stickered up van which looked great and delivery driver placed them in my garage. More than happy with the service I received and will most defiantly recommend.

Ordered 7 shower panels great quality one panel was damaged due to the courier company this was replaced the next day. Opened trims for the panels and again courier company had damaged corner of the trims. Spoke to Adam who efficiently and professionally instructed a replacement and extra trims. Was very satisfied on how my issue was dealt with. Cannot thank

Purchased a large order from the Huddersfield branch. Spoke with Adam on the phone and talked me through what trims i required and how much adhesive i needed. I received the delivery in one of the company vans by a polite driver. Would highly recommend to anybody doing their bathroom out. I would give extra stars but i am unable to.

The shower panels were super quality ' Brushed Silver 10mm' however the courier company had damaged one panel, after a phone call to the company Adam dealt with the professionally and a replacement panel was dispatched and arrived the following day. Fantastic customer service very professional and efficient would highly reccommend them.

The shipping company damaged my delivery, however a simple phonecall and the replacement arrived next day. Now that is 5 star customer service, plus they are nice people to deal with. HIGHLY RECCOMENDED.

Brilliant!. Staff were very accommodating. I ordered from them on 2 separate occasions. Both times the service was impeccable. I placed my first order over the phone and they helped me through all my queries. The second time, I ordered online, and again, that went without a glitch. Both orders came when they said they would. Driver called to confirm the delivery times. Great Staff - Great service! Well done for providing a super service which was hassle free.

Hi, We are so pleased you are happy with your order. I'm sorry the courier damaged your first parcel but i'm glad we were able to solve it so quickly. We are constantly working to get as many of our own vans (with trained drivers) as possible to supply all our customers and to prevent damages in the future.

Awful... ordered to much and asked to return it but when they finally got back to you. You can return it and they offered you only half your money back. Then again as one review mentioned you have to pay for packaging so your not getting a full refund. They would make there money as they can re sell it eventually at full price. Awful company no quick communication between you either

Hi Lee, Unfortunately, we are unable to offer a full refund on an item that was ordered in excess or for buyer error. If this is the case the customer must pay for the shipping and ensure the product is packed correctly to ensure no damages. We also charge a 20% restocking fee. The main reason behind this is because in 99% of cases we are unable to resell them. This can be because we no longer stock the batch which means if a customer orders them and needs extra we can not supply them. if we are able to resell them we also need to assign staff time to ensure the products are in 100% condition when returned back to us which due to the journey they have had they usually are not. We then have to sell these panels in our branches at a reduced price marked "used" usually with more than the 20% off we ask of you. We work to the highest of standards to provide our customers with the highest quality panels in brand new condition we would not expect our customers to receive anything less. All our items are packed from the manufacture the only packaging we have is to protect them in transit, so we can not just "repack them and sell them". Unfortunately under the current circumstances, we have had to reduce the amount of staff in our branches and customer services department. Therefore it may take longer than usual to get a response we do apologise for this and we are working our best to improve it while staying within guidelines.

Awful service. Can't speak to anyone. I get a text message saying delivery between 1145-1245, then text messaged saying now between 10-11am. Waited till 1230. Missed work for this. I advised on order to call me prior. Nothing. Useless id buy elsewhere in future. Really annoyed and angry!

I do apologise that we were unable to meet your requirements on this occasion. Our routing system offers real time updates. You will receive a message the night before with your time. then during the course of the day if the driver hits traffic or a road block for example, you will be messaged a new time. We rely on our drivers to follow delivery notes which 99% of the time they do. I'm sorry on this occasion they did not contact you as requested. We still hope you are happy with your panels if not please do contact us and we will do our very best to make it better.
