“VERY HAPPY WITH THIS PRODUCT Delivery date was not told to us until the morning of delivery which was a bit of a pain as we had another appointment already for that time , Delivery driver kindy left the package in a safe dry place as we where not in. Panels where nicely packed and where straight and unwarpped very nice , We had to cut them down to size which was easy using a circular saw with a mdf blade in it which made a nice cut. Look good now we have got 4 panels up on the wall using plaster board screws.”

“We’re absolutely delighted with the panels we chose for our garden room – they’ve transformed both the acoustics and the overall feel of the space. Instead of using adhesive, we opted for black plasterboard screws and plugs, which provided a really strong and secure fixing (though I’d recommend wearing gloves to avoid splinters!). The panels arrived well-packaged and delivery was smooth, with the items brought directly into our house. Overall, a fantastic experience, and we’ll definitely be returning to this company for future room upgrades.”

“Superb service, great prices quick delivery, we ordered over 70 panels and the guy carried them in and placed them where we wanted them. Did offer to help but he was a star did them himself, probably scared I would drop them which was very astute of him. We even went back for more, they look so good in place we have done more rooms”

“Original order was delayed without any communication until I made contact. When it was finally delivered the adhesive was missing again without any communication or apology. I got a refund after pointing out the event later delivery would mean we were unable to continue already delayed work. Once we were actually able to start work on our now much delayed bathroom the finish on the trimming came straight off. Yet again more delays until we finally got some replacement trims. I would definitely not use this company again. Communication and customer service stinks.”

“Good Communication if you have any issues is excellent, the customer service team are excellent Not so good Delivery date commitments and communication, delivery lead times are vague. You get told your delivery has been assigned to a depot and then you just have to wait for an unconfirmed amount of days for shipping confirmation so don't plan your projects around the 2-7 days lead time. And if you're ordering ceiling panels only order them in multiples of 4, that's the pack size from the supplier. Outside of the multiples of 4 are unpacked and badly packed & shipped which causes marks and damage.”
