“From our first contact with The Panel Company we were impressed. Rob in the Bristol branch saw to us, he was so helpful, freely giving advice and suggestions. Our order was delivered by their own vehicle and at exactly at the time, on the day we requested. Brilliant service, 10/10 Many thanks to all concerned.”

“Very bad customer service,has no skills to deal with customers. My order came short ,they knew about it they played dumb,cost me more money to go and buy from some where else as they advised me , because is too fare to deliver what's missing which is not my problem. They only give a refund for what's missing they didn't take any responsibility for the extra cost a curred or my time dealing with them missing me about.”

“I was told I’d receive a message the day before delivery with a time slot. Got home to find the left down the side of my house luckily it didn’t rain or get nicked.”
