“My first time using The Panel Company and I have to say they were faultless. Great communication from the start, easy to navigate website, fast delivery with detailed tracking and, most importantly, everything arrived in pristine condition - no dents, dinks or damaged edges. They were also the cheapest for the items I needed and free delivery was a bonus. 100% recommended. Thanks very much.”

“Very good on delivery, but 2 different batch numbers were sent out luckily 2 of the 3 were the same so the different batch number was fixed to a different wall so colour difference is not that visible, although the panels were wrapped in cardboard I was a bit shocked to see boot prints all over the packaging and as they are pvc panels I was worried about damage thankfully there was no damage, the panels do not seem to fit correctly in the middle they fit ok top and bottom.”

“The design on the boards are really nice BUT both our original order and the replacements have arrived damaged which is causing us delays with fitting and holding our project up. The damage is most likely due to the pathetic packaging. Just a piece of cardboard around them, no crumple zones, no corner protection, no padding. It's ridiculous for such a large and fragile item. Also the Packers must cut the cardboard against the boards as there's score marks on them. Solve the packing issues and they'd be perfect.”

“Excellent products and excellent service. We were kept informed on the dates and times of the delivery at all times. The driver was great and very respectful of the property as the panels are not easy to manoeuvre once inside due to their size. I would highly recommend this company .”
