“After receiving the wrong colour panel , I emailed them immediately. I was very pleased with a the customer care I received and they are sending out a replacement in two days time . Joanne was on the case and sorted the problem . My partner also said she was impressed by the delivery team . Now awaiting panel .”

“We first used The Panel Company around Christmas last year for a personal project, we had a limited time frame and all trades were closing down for the festive period. Initially, we were not going to be able to get the materials in time to complete the project, but the Bristol Branch of The Panel Company really pulled out all of the stops, ensuring that we got the product we needed in time. We were very pleased and super impressed with the quality of the product. To say that we enjoyed the customer service of the whole team a great deal, would be an understatement; they were friendly, knowledgable and knew how to have a good laugh, special thanks to Rob, Daz & Jo. We left with a smile on our faces and knew from this first interaction that we would be back!! I love my bathroom - THANK YOU PANEL STORE.”

“Ordered the acoustic slat panels, light oak, for a bedroom refurb. After researching round our options, the panel company were the best on price and product quality. Having used them in the past, i knew they were a reputable company. Quick dispatch and friendly, helpful delivery staff. Our workman unfortunately damaged 2 panels and they needed replacing. Again the replacements were delivered in good timing. Thrilled with our slat wall. Looks really classy and is effective at minimising noise. I would definitely recommend.”

“Excellent product and price, Easy to install had to add screws as wall not flat but a black marker on the screw heads hides them nicely Good communication and delivered within four days . Will buy again”

“Bought panels for a house I was refurbishing recently in a bathroom that had 2 layers of 30 years old tiles, which in the end we left on and behind the panelling. I have to say it has completely transformed the bathroom. Looks amazing. Even the estate agent couldn’t believe the difference. The corners and edges that are available really finish it off too. Top product and takes half the time of tiling. Highly recommend this product.”

“Nice panels, no damage as with other companies used in the last 2 years, haven't had to use customer services so can't comment, this review would have had full star rating had the driver helped me take them up to a 7th floor apartment block, instead insisted he wasn't allowed to take them any further from the basement floor, which I found quite odd as I've never had this encounter before over delivery's, needless to say it was very difficult on my own, so maybe check before ordering if you're above ground level accommodation”

“I found products I purchased amazing value I purchased shower panels I purchased some for my bathroom and some for my kitchen delivery was great .on purchasing the ones for kitchen we decided to tile instead so we rang and they where amazing by there response picked the panels up and refunded no quibbling or messing about .great service”

“Really great prices for panels compared to other sites. We actually first purchased some through a competitor which when received did not resemble the pictures and looked cheap so we returned and ordered from The Panel Company, they were so much nicer, great quality and exactly as described. Customer service was good too, I accidentally ordered to my previous address and whilst they couldn't amend the order they instantly cancelled and refunded me so I could re-order correctly. The delivery driver from the Bristol branch was really helpful and gave advice on fixings etc to make sure we had everything we needed to fit the panels. I will definitely use again in the future”

“Phenomenal service. So great that I have checked if my earlier review went through and it seems it may not have done. This company goes above and beyond so a positive review just has to be written! This is the second time I have used The Panel Company and certainly won’t be the last. Placed an order in March for some panels - they arrived swiftly and quality is fab. Fast forward to today; my bathroom fitter needed one more panel so I called Bristol branch and manager went out of his way to help. Sourced another two panels, even cross checking batch number, and set them off for delivery ASAP. My fitter is so impressed with quality of product that he is not hesitating to recommend The Panel Company to all his customers. I’ve also taken another look at their other products and have ordered two samples of their wall tile effect panels, ready for my new kitchen! I am in no doubt these ‘tiles’ will be a quality product just need to decide which one I prefer!”

“I cannot praise the customer service from Bristol enough! We are in the midst of having a new bathroom fitted, we discovered our original measurements were wrong - only to discover Panel Company website only had 10 panels left in stock (that we had previously ordered). After ordering 10 panels (to avoid delays), a few days later another 4 became available which team added with our existing order and then again more stock became available so we could finally purchase the quantity we needed. In both scenarios they were very accommodating adjusting our order and ensuring all orders will be included as part of the same Delivery slot, without paying extra for shipping. Product quality is very good and I look forward to sharing finished pictures of the bathroom.”
