“The product is excellent. The quality and build of the panels were extremely top notch. The only drawback from our point of view was the lack of communication as to when the order was going to be delivered. Waited over a week for any communication to say the panels would be delivered on a certain date. We had to make two separate orders due to my own miscalculation and on both occasions, the communication was lacking. Overall, we are really please with the panels and at a great price too. Apologies for no 5 stars, delivery & communication was lacking.”

“I've used this company quite a few times and the service has always been very good, but this time I had some panels delivered and the customer did not like them, so after talking to Laura in customers services, she and rest of the team were excelent and resolved my ploblem with in half an hour. Thankyou for your support”

“I have communicated with Panel Company to raise my concern over my order and have been assured that it will be delivered on time. Unfortunately, I found out that one of the Panel Company's staff has cancelled my order and at the end did not arrive on time which cost me more than days of labour's fee. Later it was resolved after I talked to more knowledgeable staff. But it was only by luck that I have decided to picked up the phone and tried to find out the status of my order. I also found out that one of the end cap that I received has smaller size (i.e. 6 mm) than 8 mm that I ordered.”

Like wallpaper, all our panels are manufactured with batch numbers which means there might be a slight colour variation. Due to the significant time between both orders unfortunately, it looks like we may have changed batches within this time. “Excellent service!!!! What more can I say We ordered 2 panels then realized we needed 1 more to be told it’s no longer available, I got a call from a lovely man in the office who offered us to choose another colour and they would swap them and send all 3 extra quick , and he did exactly that . Would definitely recommend to everyone Brilliant!!!! Thank you”

“Couldn’t fault products I had ,just wish they would get in touch to let you know when your order would be delivered I had a text the evening before my delivery I was at work so my delivery was left by my side gate luckily it was still there and it didn’t rain”
