“Haven't fitted the panels yet as we are still in the planning and preparation phase. However, the panels look great and the delivery of them was very prompt. The courier was also very helpful.”

“I had to chase the delivery date, then told if I had not called I would have received a text that night for the next day's delivery! Too short notice for people who work. Delivery not complete, missing item. Also, the boards have to be stored flat 2.4x1.0mtr stored flat, very difficult to store. Fitted this weekend. All went well until a piece of panel dropped from 20cm onto the sealing strip and cracked it. Seems very brittle. The panels look good but I need to know to cover the sealing strip with another sealing strip. Would buy again, as the price is very competitive.”

“Panels and trims arrived quickly enough. Two trims were incorrect items, I called the customer service to get the correct ones, emailed photos as requested, but I had to call again after waiting two days to have an answer. In the meantime the men due to install the panels could not finish the job, God knows when they will be back!!!”

“Ordered 8 large panels and some trim and was delivered quick and well packaged. Ordered some bath panel trim a few days later as was not in stock the first time I ordered the panels. After a few days I sent an email asking them to look in to the 2nd order as had not heard anything. Sent email early morning and panel company was on the phone to me just gone 10am same day. Them looking into the order it turned out it has just been delivered to my work address that very morning. Good quality items at a good price but what really stood out to me in that short phone call is that these people take pride in what they do and care about customer service. Many thanks and I am sure I will be using the panel company again.”

“I am surprised that till today I have not received my order. I had called there and guess what.. No one is answering the phone. The customer service, Bristol office... Terrible. Am tired of waiting. No Sir!!!”
