“I visited the Bristol store and met a young lady who was very informative and friendly. i enquired about discount (as you do) and was told that it would be possible as i intended to order approximately £700 worth of Goods. i Rang the store to order and asked about any discounts , to be rudely told that my order was not large enough to warrant any. i decide not to order and search elsewhere. a lady then rang, apologised , then offered me a 10% discount which i accepted. When i fitted the ceiling panels i discovered that they were not cut square and i had to square them before i started. i would suggest that if you decide to buy from here, you check the product very carefully before you fit, i personally would not waste my money as there are other companies out there. A shame really as the branch is quite local to me.”

“would like to write a review but unfortunately i have yet to actually receive my order placed at the start of May. Order was forwarded to Bristol depot apparently, but haven't received any correspondence since.”

“Quality on Time, the extra 10% discount wouldn't come off online at the time of purchase. However a quick phone call and they refunded me the 10%. Panels look amazing”

“The ordering process was easy and the delivery was on time with a notification a few hours before the delivery. I am very happy with the items I ordered for our shower. All the items were a good quality at a very reasonable cost.”

“Customer service was great when I called to say I had ordered the wrong amount of end caps. Order was changed and refunded quickly. Panels were delivered on the day I was expecting them. And was updated throughout the day on estimated delivery times. Delivery driver very helpful and friendly. Panels are up and look absolutely stunning. Highly recommend this company. 10/10”
