“Despite giving full delivery instructions over the phone and my mobile phone number for the courier as the panels needed to go to my back of the house entrance for storage in the garage, they got dumped on the gravel in my front garden!!! This was a nightmare as I was unable to carry due to the huge size of 2.4 metres each panel! I phoned customer care to ask why I had no phone call as requested. I was told they phoned a landline number which when I checked the number they had on the system, was where I lived 18 months ago! I assume that the debit card gives the phone number of where the card was first registered to. How pointless is that. What was the point of me giving special instructions and specifically giving my mobile number…. why would anyone be called on a land line anyway???? No support was given to me in anyway going forward. Being a lone female of 70, I had to phone a local handyman to come over to carry them all around to the next road where the garage is situated and pay him £20 for his call out time. I was not impressed !!!”

“Fast delivery, great communication with advise, panels are very solid. Only downside I ordered white end strips, the strips look grey against the white sparkle panels, didn't use them, purchased white end trims from B&Q.”

“easy ordering via online - delivery as planned - helpful pleasant delivery guy - the panels easy to fix using the bond glue and screws - feature wall in conservatory looks smart and modernised- great product at a reasonable price- recommend the panel company”

“Sent a pack of the wrong panels and the instructions are as poor as instructions come. Have to be careful screwing stuff into them as they can crack. Good idea and look great just not convinced they will remain water tight for a long time but may be down to lack of experience as first time fitting them hence why a good set of clear instructions accounting for all wall types and shapes would have helped. The company have agreed to swap panels so no issues with ordering from here.”

“My initial order for 6 packs of mosaic panels was not available however on contacting Keith after a delay in our delivery i was offerd the same panels but in the larger size, these were delivered first thing on Tuesday morning by 2 pleasant delivery Guys, My wife was at home to take delivery and they put the large panels exactly where she wanted them,without any fuss. Now my go to place for flooring and panels, Thanks Guys.”

“Panels were delayed to begin with and I emailed to check where they were. Was told they’d be delivered Friday so arranged for them to be fitted on the Saturday. Got a text Thursday evening with the time slot. Then had a text Friday morning to say the delivery had been cancelled. Called to find out why and they weren’t sure the first woman I spoke to was lovely and said she’d get it sorted. The second woman called and was very sharp saying they’d been damaged so couldn’t be delivered and were now out of stock so unsure when I’d get them. In the end I just had a refund. If the First Lady was my only communication with the company then it would have been fine as she was apologetic and helpful”

“Looks lovely and will be so easy to care for. I chose reddy brown wall panel as feature wall but with light marble around for my small bathroom which now seems bigger. My good installer has used this company a few times so he is happy with product”
