“Panel Company, excellent. Their chosen delivery company, less so. Goods were left outside front of house in full view of passers by because even though they provided a delivery time, they delivered early. Fortunately the goods were well protected from the elements and exactly how described on their web site. I also received good support/advice when I called them about trims and fixings.”

“Excellent service ...one panel (out of the 13 that I ordered)had slight indents that showed up in certain light but the panel company arranged a replacement to be sent up as soon as I sent them a photograph via there support email address.”

“I purchased some t&g panels for 2 ensuits in my hotel in Cornwall, when we came to install it the perimeter trims were a totally colour to the panels, I contacted the deputy manager in the Bristol department who was very unhelpful she told me that I should have checked when I picked them up and she refused to discuss the matter further or give me a refund. Very unpleasant and unprofessional, I have wasted over £200”

Hi Kevin, We sincerely apologise for the disappointment caused by your purchase and overall experience. We understand how frustrating it must have been to receive trims that didn’t meet your expectations, and apologise for the inconvenience this has caused. Unfortunately, because the panels are sourced from a different supplier, the trims we stock will never be an exact match. Our Deputy Manager in Bristol was happy to find a trim that closely matched the panel colour and send it directly to you. However, we completely respect your decision not to proceed with that option and fully understand your reasons for choosing not to. We sincerely apologise that your experience did not meet the high standards of customer service we strive to provide for all our customers and will make sure your feedback is shared with our Product department for review. “Delivered when l was told they would be. Delighted with them. Went to b&q first and they seemed ok but decided to go on line to check out prices. My panels were cheaper than b&q and when we saw them they were far superior than b&q ones. Delighted we went with the Panel Company. Big Thank you.”

“i went into the bedminster branch only needed 5 whie grooved boards and these where behind a large delivery they had just had and would take a while to get to anyway about quater of an hour later she came back was sorry about the time it took she all good i would highly recomend i will be going as i under ordered hope will be pleased again”
