“Has and the team in Bristol have always gone above and beyond to help and assist. Used them last year to redo our bathroom and their skill knowledge and support was excellent. So much so I’ve been back today to collect panels for the kitchen refurbishment. Keep up the excellent work.”

“Looked online at range to give a bit of an idea of what I wanted. Went in to Rotherham branch, fairly good selection on display. Staff really helpful in explaining what was what with different panels and showed different samples on request. Ordered items in store but didn't actually need them for a month so staff arranged to delay the delivery until I needed them. Free delivery. Delivered on time on date requested, carried into house by delivery man. All products were great, good quality and no damage. Turned out I didn't need some of the trims I'd ordered, I rang the store, who were more than happy for me to return them and receive a refund. Excellent, professional company. Would recommend and use again.”

“Ordered 6 panels but later found I should have ordered 7. Ordered another and asked for it to be from the same batch. Batch number given when ordered. It wasn't until it was fitted that I realised that it was totally different in shade and colour. However, too late now. Very disappointed.”

“Ordered the grey ceiling boards a few times now. Recently had a batch that were a completely different finish and sheen. They also have started being delivered without square edges resulting in extra wastage having to trim them square before install. Orders received since have been back to the original quality...”

“Quick delivery Friendly customer service team if you need to use them always responded within 8 working hours and helpful. Panels slot together great and looks smart for once finished. To note: doorstep only delivery so make sure you have two people in on delivery date.”

“We ordered 9 wallboards and when they were delivered which we paid extra for, they only sent 1 person to deliver them. The driver expected me to help him to unload and move the boards because each board was too heavy for 1 person to lift. This was not possible as I have heart failure. This cost us an over 2 day delay in our building work. If we had been told we needed someone to lift the boards we could have arranged to get someone.”

“This is the second time we've ordered bathroom panels from the panel company now. A great range and really good prices (and good sales!). And a very personal touch when the panel we'd ordered had to be changed due to a manufacturing error. The team couldn't have been more helpful! Always recommend to friends”

“Fantastic service, updates are sent regarding delivery. Quality items at good prices. Even received phone call with delivery times. There customer services are also excellent having to call for advice prior to ordering. Would definitely recommend! Photos are not of complete bathroom still working on it”
