“I ordered artificial grass but they cancelled and refunded the order and said they couldn't deliver to my location, why was this not said when I paid for samples??? I advise use this company with caution.”

Hi Jason Thank you for your review and feedback. Samples go on an automated basis via RoyalMail. Which is why it may not get flagged up, such as on this occasion. We refunded you straight away as due to you being in Plymouth we were unable to delivery it to you. We feel your 1star review is rather unfair given our quick response in refunding you and emailing regarding the refund.

“Bought 43 boards of composite decking, 4 lengths of trim and two boxes of fixing clips. Overall service from Outdoor look was excellent but a couple of minor points. We had to offload the delivery ourselves as the delivery driver couldnt manage to do this himself with the trolley due to the lengths. The decking boards were outstanding quality and I felt were a good price. Very easy to work with. Only problem was one of the angled trims was a different shade to the other three. I've fitted it and hope the other angles fade to so I don't have the hassle off contacting Outdoor look....to organise a replacement but as I write this I think I'll contact them now.... :l”

“Wow, what can you say when you receive such great service and a superb quality product? The delivery driver was so helpful and had the perfect balance of friendliness and professionalism. We have been looking at many, many companies and samples of decking. The Outdoor Look not only has outstanding product the price was considerably better than others. Seriosly, ignore the hype of other overpriced companies. This decking looks far better than we expected. The weight and density tells you immediately this is a high quality product. We will happily send photos when we get it fitted later this month.”

Thank you for your review, we are very pleased you like the quality of our decking. We would like to be able to offer a second deliver man but this would increase the cost of delivery, which we try to keep at the best possible price for our customers. We will take this feedback on board.

“They managed to deliver the products in 2 days which I considered super quick! The quality was amazing and we managed to fit the composite decking ourselves. We have had lots of compliments. We the energy it gives to our outdoor space.”
