if im honest not very good at all tried making an order several times the check out wasnt working tried 2 different cards also tried calling 8 times an no one is answering the phone the order hasnt gone through and no money has come out the account, i really need the decking ordered job needs to be done by friday and the stuff isnt even ordered yet no good at all and custumer service is terrible

Hi Chris I am sorry to hear that you have struggled to complete your payment online, sometimes people forget to scroll down the page (checkout page) and hit the complete my payment button. Terrible decking product cracked and splintered. Not fit for purpose. Cheap imported product.

Hi Daniel Sorry you feel this way, we did give you the opportunity to have the full decking replaced free of charge, even though it was only a few boards that had cracked. You then notified us that you had already disposed of your decking, giving us no opportunity to resolve the problem.

Hi Ken Thank you for the review. I am sorry they didn't turn up when they should have. As you know I tried to resolve this as quickly as I could for you. It is just unfortunate that the courier let us down this time.

Hi James I am sorry you feel this way about your delivery. You ordered on the 26th there has been a long bank holiday last week which meant there was fewer delivery runs naturally. Your order is out for delivery this week which will have been arranged with you by our transport team. I am sorry that you feel this isn't good enough, is there anything we can do to improve this?

Ordered some decking edging that was advertised on the website. Went to pick it up and found the item was no longer in stock. Had to arrange a refund

Hi Thank you for your feedback. We apologise that the stock was no longer in stock and that the range has been discontinued by the manufacturers. As soon as you informed us that the alternative trim that we had in stock was not suitable for you, we refunded you immediately.

I placed a reasonably large order earlier this year. Then found myself short of a couple of ivy tiles so I placed a further order more recently to complete the project. Well despite chasers, I have no idea whether my order has been processed or dispatched ... Outdoor Look don't respond to chasers. As regards the tiles themselves, they are okay. I have used them as a back dry to some real plants (not on their own) and so I think they work ... provided I get the further couple of tiles I ordered more recently to finish the project.

I ordered artificial grass but they cancelled and refunded the order and said they couldn't deliver to my location, why was this not said when I paid for samples??? I advise use this company with caution.

Hi Jason Thank you for your review and feedback. Samples go on an automated basis via RoyalMail. Which is why it may not get flagged up, such as on this occasion. We refunded you straight away as due to you being in Plymouth we were unable to delivery it to you. We feel your 1star review is rather unfair given our quick response in refunding you and emailing regarding the refund.
