Odd lengths of boards. I ordered a quantity of composite decking boards for a project and asked for 1.8m lengths. I asked for the lengths to fit a specific deck. The boards arrived quickly but were not 1.8m lengths. They were all slightly either too long or too short. So please be cautious when ordering. I have raised a complaint, but nobody replied.

Hi Rob Thank you for your review. A member of our team did reply to your email, please check your junk/spam mail encase it has landed in there. All our 1.8m boards our cut on size from the 3.6m lengths. as you mention in your email you have received half the boards at exactly 1.8m and the others no more then 5mm to short. We await your response.

all samples do have a cost to send out. As stated on our website if you then choose to place a full order for one of the samples you ordered we would refund the small sample charge

Hi Jemma Thank you for your review and feedback. Please note that many faux foliage products found in shops like the one you mention do not have very reliable UV protection on the product so will not last as long as the products we sell. We have carefully sourced our faux foliages to have a high UV stabilising compound within the make up of the product ensuring they out live many found on the high street

Choice of products was good- but only part of my delivery arrived. I called, and the guy in the phone said it was “Tuffnels” fault and confirmed that the rest of my delivery would be with me in 2-4 days. Nothing arrived… so I tried to call again. Waited +5 mins and got disconnected. Immediately runs back- same. Tried a 3rd time- got hung up on.. finally got though to someone who refunded the rest of my order (I will assume my previous call for a redelivery was not in the system as it was never mentioned) overall- not great!

Hi Daniel Sorry that you have experienced this. As my colleague mentioned to you on the phone the second part of your order was with the courier we use - Tuffnells - Once an order is with them we can track you items and update you on how they are doing, we can also provide you with the same details so you can keep an eye on your parcel to. Unfortunately your second order was held up at one of there depots all we can do is call them and raise it as an action/search. When you phoned to cancel the items in your order this was done swiftly by one of our colleagues, from here we then notified the courier that we needed the items returning to us. These arrived back with us on Monday28th. Unfortunately this was out of our hands, but does not happen often. We hope you enjoy the rest of your order that did arrive in than 24hrs.

Text at 20:17 informing me the items will be with me between 07:30 -09:30. Which gives me just under 12 hours notice. Zero business hours. Unable to arrange cover (time off) from work to be available for the delivery. Delivery driver was polite and helpful.

Hi Alan, I am terribly sorry you feel this way about our delivery service. Yes more notice would of been helpful but occasionally we are not able to give days notice as we have to fill vehicles up when heading to areas. Our drivers are very helpful and with a small order like yours, our driver would have been happy to unload on his own in a safe place. Our reviews mean a lot to us, do we really deserve 1 star for a delivery notice not been sent with as much notice as you would like and the rest of the service and product you have been happy with. It would be great if you would revise your rating on us and if you still feel that unhappy about our delivery notice, please consider the speed of delivery, quality of product and politeness of our driver, surely all those other parts are more than 1 star worthy. Hi Norma I am sorry that your sample hasn't arrived, we had sent it out. All our samples are next day delivery RoyalMail. If you had got in touch to let us know it hadn't arrived we would have sent another straight out to you. If you would like us to send it again please let us know, failing that we will action a refund

Seems like a decent product but they delivered wrong colour nosing, then charged £40 to deliver the alternative option. Then delivered scratched/marked board. Delivery driver moody and complained about being tired.

Great product, but unfortunately very poor customer service, I had to chase to ask what was happening and they were very vague in their answers, really expensive delivery (£120 for 8 boards) and really bad communication on delivery day which meant losing half a days work when it was totally unnecessary.

Material bought was good. However, I was not able to return the excess which we had despite the web site saying returns were welcomed. For the decking trim, I was sent the wrong product and color and again no return. Sorry but would not recommend.
