“I am so happy with my bed from The Original Bed Company, it looks even better in reality than it did on the website. I chose the Hamilton Bed. It was very easy to assemble and it arrived very fast. I would recommend this company to anyone who is looking for a new bed that is supposed to be special and that is so high-quality and beautiful that you want to keep it forever”

“We had wanted an iron bed for a long time and the designs at OBC matched exactly what we had envisaged. We also needed a new mattress so getting the frame and mattress at the same time was a good deal. The range of mattresses provided plenty of choice. Choosing the bed was easy on the website and the delivery was really smooth and efficient. My husband and I assembled the bed very easily and we have been very happy with both the look and comfort of our bed.”

“Was concerned as bought online and had'nt seen bed but did'nt need to be. Kept informed at every step, very pleased with purchase, struggled at beginning to follow instructions to put bed together but got there in the end. Comfortable bed and a good nights sleep, would recommend”

“Came across this company whilst browsing, so glad we did! Purchased a single bed (pewter) & the Juno cotton mattress for our guest room last year. Delivery company kept us updated en-route with both items being delivered and packaged perfectly. Mattress is so comfortable whilst bed itself is very heavy and sturdy, looks great in the room . So satisfied, that we went on to order the same mattress (double) for another room and will certainly order from here again when the need arises (maybe the Hamilton bed next time!).”

“Hubby & I like our own bed space so we're looking for 2 small double mattresses for our new loft conversion. After trawling around countless bed shops and on-line companies and reading loads of reviews I came across The Original Bed Company, their factory was only an hour away from where we lived so we decided to go and take a look at them. We were immediately impressed by the mattresses, we both like a firm mattress and the one we tried fitted the bill (they also come in medium firm). We opted for the Juno Wool mattresses and ordered them over the phone. Delivery was a prompt 9 days later even though we had been told it may be a little later due to Christmas deliveries. The company who delivered the mattresses (BJS) cheerfully took them 2 stories up to our loft room with no quibble, which was no mean feat as they would have been too heavy and bulky for us to move them. We have slept on the new Juno Wool mattresses for over a month now and can honestly say they are the best mattresses we have had, I suffer with hip/back problems but have had no aches and pains since sleeping on them. Yes, they did have a slight 'wool' smell at first but that soon dissipated. I thoroughly recommend this company and are very happy with our purchase, we would;d definitely buy from them again.”

“Outstanding company and quality bed / mattress. Arrived well packaged and very easy to assemble. Looks fantastic. Very comfortable mattress and a testimony to the standards and high quality materials , not forgetting the skilled workmanship in making. Having spent 3 x as much previously, I would definitely purchase from The Original Bed Company again. Highly recommend.”

I went to their lovely showroom before purchasing where they had the exact model I was interested in, and had a detailed, helpful chat with the sales agent. The showroom was gorgeous and really inspiring! Ordering and delivery experience was really easy, and the bed is fantastic - easy to assemble and still looks perfect. I’d highly recommend!”
