“Not making this up.. Great communication !! Great Bed ( incredibly well built, thought it would wobble a bit , but as strong as the forth bridge) Great mattress (daughter is over the moon) Great Drawer So impressed with the workmanship. And I don’t even work for the company !! Thanks”

“Amazing company to deal with My husband put bed up and destroyed the packaging. It was marked. Contacted company they said didn’t matter about packaging. We’re so understanding but offered advice on damage and reduction in price Told me to think about it. No pressure Bed was for a spare room really sturdy so I kept it. Unbelievable company to purchase from. The customer first for a change!”

“Answer to my problems. For a while I have been looking to replace the brass finials on my bed which had become tarnished over a period of time. Following correspondence with the OBC they were able to source these for me resulting in saving me the cost of providing a new bed. Excellent customer service.”

“The bed is good quality, as you would expect when you are paying a little extra. I think the bed is great value when compared to other cheaper options as the quality is wroth paying for.”

“Could not be anymore pleased with both our beds and mattresses. We would not buy from anywhere else. Customer service and delivery is excellent as we swopped our single mattress from a firm to medium. This was done without question and any hazzle. Excellent value for top quality products. We have had our double bed for over ten years and it is still solid and as good as the day we purchased it. We highly recommend OBC”

“Bought a wonderful bed frame and mattress. Both total joy. Mattress with wool layer we bought without having seen one and it was a great buy. Bed is a show stopper for any visitor who may pass the room. We are both delighted. Great service and great products.”

“Our double Hamilton brass bed is both very sturdy and beautiful. It was easy to put together with two people. The frame is firm and there are no squeaks. We also bought the Juno Wool mattress. Medium is the right level of firmness for us. Good quality. We were nervous about the purchase having always bought all things home from a well-known high street company. We are delighted with the bed and mattress and have the bonus of knowing we have supported a British company.”

“Excellent customer service. So pleased with the bed, which is fantastic quality and very good value. Am deeply regretting having purchased a bed from elsewhere a year ago! I also managed to put the bed together by myself, it was that easy. Highly recommend.”

“The bed that we chose is unusual and was challenging to erect. In no way is it instinctive and the way it was packaged did not make it easy to construct the Waterloo. The bed still rattles a bit and it would be helpful for one of your experts to see if there are any improvements that can be made. Your colleague in the Kings Road was very helpful in selling the bed. He gave us a lot of his time which was appreciated as the website is not always clear.”

“I bought a cream bedstead and mattress. The be is lovely, I have it on the higher setting to get things underneath and give a more old fashioned look. A great piece of furniture - did need two people to put together as it was fiddley holding while fitting, but got there in the end. The mattress is great, super firm and comfortable. Not so bendy if getting up cottage stairs so do have a think about that before purchase, but we did it in the end.”

“It’s not the 1st iron bed we have had but the quality and craftsmanship are made to last finish is great we also bought the Juno wool mattress which we have found to be quality also we also paid for the 2 man delivery has it was a super king who was a credit to any company”
