“Super experience from order to delivery. Easy ordering, outstanding notification of delivery and tracking of order. Arrow were fabulous I knew where bed was on the route and delivery drivers were great. Bed easy to build - it’s our second one from your company and we love it - high quality and so comfortable.”

“Ordered timolin DB in white lovely bed very strong and well made and good price quick delivery p&p good for coming to Scotland this is my 2nd bed I have purchased and very pleased with both of them would purchase mattresses in future from company as they look top notch quality happy customer thankyou”

“Unfortunately, it has not been an amazing experience, the day of the delivery of the 2 beds I have bought I have got the storage slats for one the two beds longer and then they have posted me the slats a week later but again the slats were wrong.”

“The delivery process was timely and efficient. The bed itself looks great and is of a robust, creak-free design. On the design, I thought that the bolts and bolt holes could have been better-placed. It was awkward to assemble. However, overall it is a quality product and good value for money.”

“We purchased a Mattress for our daughter for her gorgeous Original Bedstead Company bed. We received a phone call from a very helpful guy, the mattress was delivered within days and is absolutely perfect she is so delighted with it. We were so pleased with the service received.”

“I have just received my second bed from this company. I had a problem trying to organize a delivery time on line, so I phoned the company and they were very helpful and sorted it out immediately. Delivery was efficient, the product very well packed and now it is assembled looks lovely in my spare bedroom. I would recommend this company without hesitation.”

“So pleased with our new bed. I knew we would have a 6-8 week wait for it when I ordered it but because that fell over Christmas and new year it ended up being almost 10 weeks. Everything was packed and protected really well so that there would be no damage during transit. The instructions were easy to follow and my hubby and I put the bed together very quickly. The frame is so much better than our previous bed and we also ordered the drawers as well. Very easy to fit. We opted for the Juno cotton mattress and it has been wonderful, very comfy and just the right support. Hubby says its the best nights sleep he's had in a long time. I love my new bed as well, I can't wait to go to bed in the evening and don't want to get up in the morning. Overall it's been well worth the wait and paying the extra to get a quality bed which will last us a long time.”

“We bought this bed for our spare room and are delighted with the look and quality of the bedstead. It certainly looks more expensive than the price, is sturdy and went together easily. Wouldn't hesitate on recommending this product and company. Would send a photo but the room's not decorated yet!”
