“The packaging for the components for our Ashley bed had been carefully designed to ensure that all parts arrived in excellent condition. The detailed instructions and supplied tools allowed the bed to be assembled without any problems. Overall the bed is handsome, well designed and very sturdy. The special slatted base works effectively. The delivery of the bedstead packages, by a helpful two-man team, was smooth and efficient. The online ordering process was completely straightforward and we are very pleased with our new bed. Christopher”

“I ordered the Hamilton super king.I’m so pleased with it.It’s a real showstopper and is very sturdy-no shaking or creaking at all.I’ll post a picture when we have finished decorating.It’s one of our best buys.”

“Great customer service. Live nearby to where they are made. Went down to see what mattress would best suit a spare room. I chose the Juno Cotton. Within ordering, my mattress was made within a couple of hours and delivered that evening !!! Where would you get that kind of service ! Very comfy and well made too.”

“The customer service relating to buying our all-natural mattress was exemplary from start to finish........ .......from the offer of an out-of -hours viewing, to having the special-size mattress made within 4 days, to the prompt delivery on schedule. The use of top quality materials and a price well below comparative products is a rare combination. The traditional ticking looks great on an old bed and the 30cm mattress depth suits too. Lovely feel to this ( incredibly heavy) mattress. What's not to like?”

“Hi. We ordered a mattress only. Ordering from the website was easy and unproblematic. The arrival of the mattress was quick. I would say though, that the carrier company was not a specialist in delivering a heavy mattress; they had too large a van to come up our drive and the packaging became wet and dirty whilst they trolleyed it up the drive. They did agree to get the mattress upstairs for me - which was good of them - but I got a lot of scrapes on my wallpaper in the process. The mattress itself is very comfortable indeed and I am really happy with its quality and supportiveness.”

“My new bedstead is lovely and exactly what I wanted for my room, well made, easy to put together and good quality. I knew at the time of ordering there would be a wait (my choice was made to order) and even with Christmas in the middle it was delivered within the time frame, IT WAS ENTIRELY WORTH THE WAIT AND I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THE ORIGINAL BED COMPANY.”

“The second bed I’ve bought from this company. Recommend them every time. Good quality beds. Can’t fault the quality. And service is second to none. I wanted a bed that was still in transit and hadn’t even arrived in the UK. I was kept well informed throughout, and on its arrival, immediately contacted as I had expressed my urgency in receiving it. Highly recommend.”
