“We purchased a Corby metal bed a couple of months ago. The selection and delivery processes were excellent. Assembly of the bed was fairly straightforward. From the outset though, the bed tended to creak / squeak. I tightened the bolts in the affected area and actually tried to ‘muffle’ the metal on metal contacts. This did not fix the problem. Eventually I looked on the website and applied a couple of suggestions (oiled bolts, electrical tape on metal surfaces). This seems to have fixed the problem. That said the bed seems high quality and well made.”

“Quality bed frame and comfortable mattress, very pleased and would buy again and recommend. Only reason not 5 stars is because delivery was actually a number of days later than stated it would be before clicked the pay button.”

“Bed arrived promptly and on time. The packaing was quite dirty which wasnt good as the packages needed to come through the house to get to the bedroom. Inside the dirty packaging the bed was extremely well wrapped up and protected, so no scratches and immaculate. went together slowly but straightforward. would be easier with two (but it was super kingsize). delighted with end result. no squeeks or creaks. We chose a white frame and ordered the brilliant sliding drawers for underneath. shame they came in cream as I would have thought they would have had white ones to match the bed. They are excellent though. Overall, very pleased and would buy for other rooms when we need to replace existing beds.”

“The service that the company gives is amazing especially under the circumstances of Covid. The bed itself is of great quality. The company certainly went the extra mile when I ordered the wrong bed and were very helpful in reorganising for me. This is the third bed we have bought from them over the years and I would recommend them to everyone. Excellent service - 5 star”

“I was recommended by my son who has bought 2 or 3 beds from you. I was impressed with the website and information available. Ordering, delivery and cost were all exceptional. The only small criticism is that the instructions could be a little clearer - especially for older people who are not so used to putting things together. The end result however is great and the mattress extremely comfortable. Thank you.”

“The website is, clearly, not managed well. We ordered our new bed by phone, emphasising that we had a short lead time and had chosen a bed that was, according to the website, in stock. When we heard nothing, I telephoned again and got through to the London showroom rather than customer services. A very helpful chap checked and said that the bed wasn't in stock and delivery would be at least 6 weeks, possibly longer. He helped me find a suitable alternative, placed my order and promised a refund of the difference in the cost. The bed arrived within days, was easy to put up and is just what we need. Shame the website is poorly maintained, and there's no excuse for taking our original order and not alerting us to the availability problem. Would we use this company again? Probably, but with caution and more questions.”

“The beds are beautiful. You can tell they are really well built. Easy enough to put together and they look great. The only negatives were the delivery system. There was no way to opt out of delivery slots that were offered. So I had a message telling me that the beds would be delivered on a day that I wasn't in (cue frantic call to my mum)! They char system had told me just to wait and other slots would open up. So something not quite right there. The volume and different types of packaging should also be reviewed. I appreciate they want the goods to arrive in peak condition (which they did), but four different types of plastic is silly in this day and age. So big thumbs up for the product itself, but please think about packaging more sustainably!”

“The bed is really solid and well made, you can tell it’s quality, as is the mattress. It’s nice and high and the under bed drawers are great. Service was on time and Nick was really helpful every time I called for an update. My only regret is ordering the pewter effect instead of the standard black. The pewter effect cost more but it looks a bit flat to me, more like powder coated aluminum which cheapens it a little bit. The other thing is the courier company didn’t bring the bed into the house because of COVID. We live in a low risk area, and everyone else had delivered smaller items into the house so moving a heavy super king size mattress upstairs between the two of us was unexpected.”

“I love these beautiful sturdy beds which is why I ordered the same bed twice with a year in between, the first Hamilton was black and brass with high foot end and this time I went for the same but a low foot end. However, the latest bed arrived with brass which was an entirely different finish, I was realy disappointed so emailed the company and eventually after a lot of time and photos showing Tanya the problem, I was told that I had the standard finish on this bed which is " antiqued brass" and the previous order last year was "non antiqued". So entirely different and confusing as I was then told it was a special finish which I must have been sent by mistake. So now I have to wait 8 weeks for my new "non antiqued" special finish, which I did not see on the order as an option the first time I ordered but at least the beds will match, which is why I wanted the same bed. I would recommend these beautiful beds but have not had the best experience the second time around and feel after having conversations with the company that it was some how my mistake! I am now looking forward to the new brass ends to complete the bed and can finally use it. D Main”

“I love my new bed - the Juno Silk mattress is really comfy and the small double size is perfect for a small room and looks beautiful. Assembling the bed was fine, but trying to assemble the underbed drawers was a nightmare. The instructions that came with the drawers were incorrect and customer support couldn't help. In the end, we had to use a hammer to bend the metal to get the drawers to fit. Once assembled, the drawers are really useful and keep everything neatly store away, however, they don't look anything like the illustrations on the website.”

“My new bed is amazing, I love that I can set it at different heights. I’ve gone for the higher setting and it makes the bed seem that I’m climbing into luxury each night. It feels sturdy and safe. I’ve only selected 4 stars for my amazing bed because of the personalised colour finish, it’s great that I received a little pot for touching up but the ease with which the bed scratches just doesn’t make having the colour worth it. So too easy to scratch and destined for further disappointment if I need to move it in the future, but still an amazing bed. 🙂🙂”

“I have had a Fuji bed since about August 2020 and whilst it is comfortable I do have one gripe. The slats in the base are really not long enough and since I bought have had 3 drop out as I live on my own I have to get someone to lift the mattress to put back on the bed. Feel they should be slightly longer too loose a fit I know in some of the slats there are tiny holes to pin to the bed but the assembly instructions should make it clear it is HIGHLY recommended. The slats should definitely be longer feel they are being parsimonious with wood which is irritating. Am writing now because another has just come out!”

“Ordered 2 bed frames one went up perfectly but the other one the hole was slightly out of alignment so my husband had to drill a slightly bigger hole didnt complain as needed bed up & was too much hastle to wait for another bed..overall bed frames are lovely & solid and easy to put together”

“LOVE our Olivia super king size bed & Juno cashmere mattress. Have set the mattress to the highest setting & it looks really luxurious. It is so comfortable. I'd recommend buying extra deep fitted sheets as the mattress is thicker than I've ever had in the past. Our only complaint would be that the delivery guys wouldn't come into the house (their firms policy because of covid, yet we've had other tradesmen come in). It was a horrendous struggle to get the super king sized mattress up the stairs and I subsequently injured my shoulder... I am still unable to sleep on my right side more than a month later... Sort of defeats the object of having a comfy bed. When you pay over £1200 for bedroom furniture - surely it would be reasonable for the furniture to be delivered to it's proposed destination i.e to the bedroom?”
