“Arrived on time, beautifully packaged and everything as it should be. Not quite the 'wow' factor I was hoping for, but a lovely stable bed that is comfortable, good quality and will certainly last me out!”

“Ordering process was simple however one star removed because unfortunately a vital screw was missing from the order, and when customer service was contacted there wasn't a great feeling of urgency from them to rectify it. A replacement screw eventually arrived and we're very pleased now that we have been able to build it.”

“The bed is nice and a good price, however, we had to contact the company and get new slats as they were all rotten and in horrible shape. But they did send a replacement set promptly and they were fine.”

“The beds are solid and have unusual designs. I am slightly disappointed with the finishing: the colour looks like gloss and not matte. In some points the welding work is not as refined as it should be.”

“Although the bed and mattress are lovely, the instructions were shoddy and not well laid out. The photocopy was difficult to read. The instructions to fit the underbed drawer, required dismantling of the previously built frame to fit it. These instructions could be improved dramatically. One of our bolts got double threaded and jammed. Luckily we decided to lower the frame, so we ended up not using that bolt hole in the end.”

“Very well made, sturdy but attractive beds. Slightly unclear instructions re putting in the central metal pole but overall very good. Mattress also well made and comfortable. A quality product.”

“The bed that we chose is unusual and was challenging to erect. In no way is it instinctive and the way it was packaged did not make it easy to construct the Waterloo. The bed still rattles a bit and it would be helpful for one of your experts to see if there are any improvements that can be made. Your colleague in the Kings Road was very helpful in selling the bed. He gave us a lot of his time which was appreciated as the website is not always clear.”

“Really pleased with the two beds I have bought from the original bed co. My only complaint is the delivery or perhaps the storage. Both times the boxes arrived filthy dirty and damaged on one end but no damage to the beds at all. Everything needed a good clean after id assembled it and got rid of the boxes.”

“Lovely bed. Good quality and prompt delivery. Took us a while to assemble but we're unfit and in our 60's, however, assembly was straightforward although we couldn't get one part to fit. Overall, very pleased, it will last us out. Well worth the money in our opinion.”

“This is a good company to deal with and the customer service is excellent. Unfortunately, the workmanship of the mattress I received on the 100 nights trial was somewhat less than top quality and it was for that reason that I sadly decided to return the item.”

“A good quality product just one small grumble , the bed frame is finished in nice black paint, however, the assembly bolts are all shiny metal making the bolts visible when the bed is erected . So easy for the manufacturer to remedy ! Please Original Bed co look at this it's such any easy fix Otherwise great product”

“The bed frame is really lovely. Very heavy duty frame and everyone comments on how good it looks. It's not the easiest to put together and the middle metal bar sometimes falls down from the frame. Not sure how else to put it in. The side bar was bent on delivery (from seeing the box it had obviously been dropped at some stage) but the bed frame company immediately sent out a replacement part with absolutely no quibbles at all.”

“Great company and well-made, old-fashioned style mattress with no foam in sight! We chose the Juno Cotton. Although we went for the firm tension, we ultimately found that we would've liked it to be firmer and it wasn't really for us. I would call it Medium really. Otherwise couldn't fault it. The wool & cotton layers inside were so lovely and it's double-sided so will go the distance I think. Would recommend.”

“Jamyang had been very helpful of giving advice on products and placing orders. Both and bedframe and mattress are really of good quality and very happy about buying them! The only bad experience is about the delivery company that the crew, despite arrived at my apartment area, did not even got hold of me and left due to lack of parking slot which they didnt specify was needed and in fact I would be able to get them one on the spot should they called me before they left ! In the end they left and had to make a complain in order to secure another slot which kind of caused delay to my move to new flat.”
