The beds are beautiful. You can tell they are really well built. Easy enough to put together and they look great. The only negatives were the delivery system. There was no way to opt out of delivery slots that were offered. So I had a message telling me that the beds would be delivered on a day that I wasn't in (cue frantic call to my mum)! They char system had told me just to wait and other slots would open up. So something not quite right there. The volume and different types of packaging should also be reviewed. I appreciate they want the goods to arrive in peak condition (which they did), but four different types of plastic is silly in this day and age. So big thumbs up for the product itself, but please think about packaging more sustainably!
