Hello Brenda, I would like to take this opportunity to thank you for your order with us online. I am sorry to hear you did not find our reply to your query which was sent on Wednesday 24th July. Please find our response below: I am sorry to hear the Balconniere tray you have received is smaller that expected. The name of the trays are generated by the manufacturer, they name the trays in correspondence to the trough or planter they fit. As the troughs are tapered and smaller at the base, a 40cm planter from Stewarts would fit the 40cm Green Balconniere tray. The full dimensions of the saucer was listed at in the product description, the dimensions listed were: 33cm x 33cm x 3.5cm. If you do not wish to keep the trough trays you have received, please return them to the following address and we will provide a full refund on receipt: On-Line Returns Old Railway Line Garden Centre Three Cocks Brecon Powys LD3 0SG Please note that the item must arrive back to us undamaged and in a resalable condition to qualify for a full refund. When i received the lanterns I bought from Old Railway line garden centre they had a lot of broken glass panes, I bought these on March 3rd, to date I have not received the replacement glass, which they said they would replace, or a refund, and they have ignored my email

Bought a heritage bird bath for my mums 80th birthday, it had obviously been sat outside as was dirty, it had imperfections on it and a large chip on the rim that had been very badly “repaired “. I’m still waiting for a response from my complaint!

The roses I received are infested with green flies. They told me they don't use pesticides because they are harmful. I had to buy my own to try save these roses, the pesticide I bought is natural, safe for children, pets and even bumblebees, they are negligent and their excuses don't make sense because of the natural pesticides on the market which are safe for decorative and even fruit bearing plants .

Hi Ayesha, Unfortunately we are entering greenfly season and there can be on rare occasions a problem with some plants. We do not use chemicals or pesticides on our plants due to their harmful effect on the environment and other predatory insects that would naturally get rid of the greenfly. Greenfly and blackfly are a natural part of the garden ecosystem and are rarely a problem. As you were unable to plant the Rose outside, Indoors there are no natural predators that will remove the greenfly such as birds, ladybirds, hoverflies, lacewings and earwigs. However if you wished to remove them without chemicals you can remove them by blasting them with a jet of water. I’m confident that the product you’ve ordered will ensure your new plants health. If the plants health does not improve though, please let us know and we can investigate this further for you. I have checked our remaining stock outside and there is no indication of any greenfly. As a gesture of goodwill, we have issued a 10% refund for the plant. If we can assist or advise any further in future please do not hesitate to get in touch. Ordered an item online and the total was £59.95 and I paid for it, the price them increased to £129.95. Tried to cancel without success and had to contact my bank to report a scam. 2 days later seller responded and it then too a further 72 hrs to get a refund.

Hi, I'm sorry that you are unhappy with your purchase. The Rhubarb forcer pot you purchased is £59.99, the delivery charge is £69.99. The delivery charge is high due to the large size and fragility of the item, it is delivered using a kerbside pallet delivery service to ensure it arrives safely. Paper flower arrived in a box too small therefore bashed/ damaged turns out it was ex display, offered £5 discount. Had to ring to request full refund and the £6 postage as they agreed it was no good to them either. Very disappointing

I was so excited to see tgese Santa door Xmas card holders but what a disaster the santas were set at different heights so one Santa lost his head soon after whilst tge other ok also tge cards fell out of many of tge card holders so no way you couid see tgem

The item that was delivered was as ordered. However, whoever packed up this product thought it would be funny to attach a label saying ‘butt massage’ on the outside of the parcel. You can imagine how awkward it would have been to receive this parcel which was delivered to my work place. Won’t be recommending ordering from this company.

I emailed old railway line as my package arrived all beat up and bent which isn't very nice as its a Christmas present I had no reply, I also submitted a Google review with no reply so I'm not sure why I'm being asked for feedback now as it clearly doesn't matter to you

Having previously been a regular customer for years myself and my sisters were treated as if we were criminals today as the alarm went off as we exited. We stopped and came back in to be told we couldn't leave and had to empty our bags onto the counter which we did. We walked numerous times back and forth through the alarm not setting it off. So clearly was a false activation of the alarm. Despite this the rude member of staff being reluctant to let us leave and treated us as if we had stolen things even though we had shown her receipts and contents of bags pockets etc this was not good enough and this occured in full view and earshot of other members of public. This whole situation severely distressed my 2 year old niece and embarrassed myself and my two sisters highly. My family and I have been shopping here for years and to be treated in such an unacceptable manner when we have done absolutely nothing wrong is shocking and we won't be back again.

Ordered 2 sets of battery garden lights 1 set did not work emailed company regarding a return for replacement still awaiting a reply this has been over a week now very poor after care service !!!
