Missed one plant in the order and then replaced it with the incorrect variety. Vegetable plants very dry when collected and looking a little sad. Quite disappointed and will not re-order again.

As at 17 January I have still not received my order, despite delivery charge of £6.95. Apparently my parcel has been languishing at Evri’s delivery depot since 6 January! Sorry to give you only one star, but I understand Evri has already received about 40,000 complaints!

Forgot to send it. Rang the centre to ask where it was. Couldn't find info on when it was sent or tracking info. Realised mistake and sent it one week after ringing up.

Plants had overgrown their pots all.root bound,dried out and dead. Even though they were in the sale they were not fit to even send out. Shame on your nursery!!!

ABSOLUTELY HORRENDOUS, I paid over £30 for a David Austin rose it came in record time no doubt they wanted rid before it spread its BLACK SPOT AND CANKER. (I’d never heard of CANKER but my neighbour who devotes his time to roses diagnosed it and said he’s never seen it on a rose but read about it)to all there other ones I emailed them and sent photos 7 times AND NOTHING which isn’t just bad business it’s plain RUDE. STEER WELL CLEAR my rose had black spot when it came out the box. Terrible company clearly scammers who go round taking roses from garden centre buckets that have been put in there because of disease.

Dear Lindsey, We are disappointed to see you have left a 1-star review regarding your purchase. You originally contacted us four days after your order, stating the rose has started wilting. We replied to your email later that day explaining that the dark patches on the leaves often quickly appear as a result of overwatering or a shock move. We then suggested to only water during dry weather and to use a pelleted rose feed instead of a liquid feed. The affected leaves should recover however can be pruned if preferred. We also expressed that if the rose does not recover then please contact us as it is covered under our 5-year hardy guarantee however we did not hear from you until viewing this review. All of our David Austin roses are purchased directly from David Austin and are of the highest quality. We offered the advice we felt would revive the plant after transit and haven’t heard from you since to have the opportunity to help further. We would have offered a replacement rose or refund. On this occasion, we have issued your full refund, which we hope you are happy with. If we can help any further please do not hesitate to get in touch Regards, Graham Lewis

looked healthy but when I took out of pot to replant most of it fell away leaving just few roots so NOT I MPRESSED FOR MONEY

Totally dissatisfied as no goods received - company informed and have not even acknowledged my communication much less acted upon it but still cashed my payment. Now requested full refund. Will not provide any more business.

As informed you via email on the 29th April, unfortunately, the parcel was damaged at the courier depot and the contents were destroyed. As we did not have any more stock of the items purchased left in stock we had no option but to refund your order in full, the order was refunded that same day. Dear Mrs Hanman, I am sorry to hear you have not received your parcel yet. We can see from the tracking information the parcel was attempted delivery multiple times between the 2nd - 5th of April however no one was available to accept the parcel and no safe place was stated. SMS messages were also sent to your device informing you of delivery time slots. As the parcel has been attempted multiple times, it is currently being held in the Parcel Force depot and a message has been sent to advise the addressee to collect it from the depot. I ordered two lots of seeds from old railway line over 2 weeks ago and still haven't received them. I phoned to complain and was promised a replacement in the post these still haven't arrived I'm very disappointed.

Paid for next day delivery . Parcel arrived 5 days later box ripped etc . Didn’t take delivery if the parcel Hermes took it away with him . Not heard anything about a refund yet

As the parcel was refused and returned with the courier we have not been contacted by Hermes or yourself before this review. I ordered something as an URGENT birthday present for a child. I saw on their website that some items had an incorrect image and price point (there was a picture of a box of lindor chocolates for a pound for example). I ordered the two items I wanted and noted that I had wanted a box of chocolates too but that this and some of their other items were incorrectly labelled and priced. Instead of just sending the items I asked for, they did nothing incase I wanted to change my mind about a big box of chocolates for £1. So I am going to have to go out and buy different gifts tomorrow morning for a birthday that was today. I found 7 things that were incorrectly labelled on their website and I wasn't on that long. Poor customer service and an incorrectly labelled website. Hardly the mark of a quality trader.
