Paid for next day delivery . Parcel arrived 5 days later box ripped etc . Didn’t take delivery if the parcel Hermes took it away with him . Not heard anything about a refund yet

Dear Karen, I am sorry to hear your parcel arrived damaged and not on time. We can see from the tracking information the parcel was attempted delivery multiple times however no one was available to accept the parcel and no safe place was stated. As the parcel was refused and returned with the courier we have not been contacted by Hermes or yourself before this review. We will investigate this issue with Hermes to determine the location of the parcel. As soon as we have any information regarding the returned parcel we will contact you immediately. I ordered something as an URGENT birthday present for a child. I saw on their website that some items had an incorrect image and price point (there was a picture of a box of lindor chocolates for a pound for example). I ordered the two items I wanted and noted that I had wanted a box of chocolates too but that this and some of their other items were incorrectly labelled and priced. Instead of just sending the items I asked for, they did nothing incase I wanted to change my mind about a big box of chocolates for £1. So I am going to have to go out and buy different gifts tomorrow morning for a birthday that was today. I found 7 things that were incorrectly labelled on their website and I wasn't on that long. Poor customer service and an incorrectly labelled website. Hardly the mark of a quality trader.

First time ordering waited for a week and a half for delivery and then the item was broken when I opened it so was disappointed.

Placed an order paid for express delivery, that was over a week ago and still waiting on an update on when the items will arrive, awful service.

I'm afraid I'm disappointed, I have not received my items as yet and wondering if they have got lost. I will be asking for a refund if I don't receive them any time soon.

I have not received my parcel and it was ordered on the 12th November . It said 3-5 days for delivery.

Looking at the tracking information for your order it appears to have been lost in transit by the couriers. Hi Peter, I am sorry to hear your recent visit was not to our normal high standards. If you could give me some more information regarding the date and time you visited I'd like to look into this further to understand what happened on this occasion. Couldn’t find my car despite me waving and shouting so went back inside, click and collect should be easy, needs improvement all round

I had received my order of 2 items ok and very quick in fact but one of the items was damaged. I had sent an email raising the issue but I have not received a reply as yet, expecting a replacement. Quality control should not have allowed the damaged item to be sent.

Ordered products online. Then receive a phone call explaining they should never have been placed online. Although I had paid delivery if I now wanted them it would cost me £19.95 to deliver . Very disappointed.

Broken plant arrived to a friend who had lost her dear mum, and was dreading her birthday! Emailed and told I could have 20% off the broken rosebush or they will replace once she has returned the item to them. So she had to be put out, and has to return the item to them, before they will replace it! Disappointing service, photo sent. Next time I’ll order via a more reputable company. :(

I ordered some garden pots from Old Railway Line Garden Centre on Amazon, but the garden centre refused to send them unless I paid more. I couldn't believe what I was hearing. They cancelled my order without my permission. They put the pots back on Amazon at £3 more each per pot and told me to buy them again. Disgraceful. I was absolutely horrified. What an awful way to behave. I then found the pots on the garden centre's own website at the lower price and bought them again from their own website at the lower initial price. This time they sent them. What an awful palaver and really disgraceful business practises by Old Railway Line Garden Centre. Truly awful service. They should be ashamed of themselves.

Product (garden pots at £33.95 each) was lovely but Old Railway Line Garden Centre was awful. Initially bought the pots on Amazon but the garden centre telephoned me and refused to post them unless I paid more! They cancelled the order without my permission. They put them back on Amazon at £3 more per pot. I was absolutely horrified at their behaviour. Appalling. I then bought the same pots on the garden centre's own website (at the lower price that they had initially listed on Amazon - £33.95 each) and that time that did actually send them. What an awful palaver. Disgraceful business practise by Old Railway Line Garden Centre.
