“The company obviously care about what they do. The roses were both packed carefully to avoid any soil spillage and to maintain the plant in the pot without disturbing the roots. I appreciated other packaging reused. Minimal plastic (only a little around the soil). The quality was exceptional and identical to roses bought direct from DA. The website was easy to use and I will use again in the future.”

“I’d never used Old Railway Line Garden Centre before, but all I can say is what exceptional service I received. With my choice of product there were 2 different designs and unfortunately the one I chose was out of stock. Graham from the garden centre got in contact with me straight away to tell me and ask whether I would like the alternative design. The product was sent to me within a few days and will definitely use the company again and highly recommended to my friends and family.”

“I ordered some decorations, they had been packaged with care and survived the journey. S as couple of items were out of stock, but I was notified and refunded quickly. I would definitely shop here again.”

“These guys 'do what it says on the tin'. They're great communicators too and when calling their phone number you actually speak with a live person! Those people know what they are talking about and DO call back when the say they will. Exceptional.”
