“Easy website to use and swift delivery. The recycling of used packaging to avoid waste was great. The box was huge, made me laugh to find my small packages nestling in all the carefully shredded cardbord packaging.”

“Having been unsure about ordering an expensive plant online communication from the Old Railway Line Garden Centre was good. The tree was a little longer in transit than I thought it would be but it arrived unscathed.”

“Staff are lovely, friendly and helpful. Everything is beautifully set out. My suggestion would be a notice advising customers which power pack goes with each Christmas decoration. A quick phone call to the centre regarding the wrong power pack helped immediately, and we ordered online. The power packs were delivered within two days. Excellent service all round see you again soon.”
