“On a positive the items I ordered are just what I want … perfect But .. the packaging was all damaged and thinking about it the price of £6.95 postage is a little steel as the parcel was small and very light”

“Have been a customer now for many years and we enjoy our visits and the quality plants, products and service in general which never fails us. Have now taken to making our visits with friends for lunch part of our 'to do list' as we enjoy the general ambience so much. Being a blue badge holder with mobility problems my only wish for the New Year is that you put more disabled parrking spaces close to your entrance... can only give you 99.9% until then!!! Gareth Jones”

“Ordered on line, was then called to say the goods we ordered they only had one of, so was offered a different size, which we took. Very helpful but they could have given us them at original price as it was their error. However charged an additional £5.”
