“The product was well packed and arrived safely. The only criticism is with Hermes. They sent a message to say the day it would be delivered but I had no further contact giving an ETA. Luckily we were in. The guy who does our local deliveries, is not the sharpest knife in the draw.”

“Good value on Warm White Micro Tree LED Lights. Good idea of hanging strings of lights from the top of the tree instead of a very long string to go round and round. Tried them, much quicker to put on. Green wire blends with tree so you just see the lights.”

“A very quick and efficient service. However, I bought some Christmas decorations and Christmas village pieces that suggested there was more to choose from but did not have the option to choose the ones I wanted (if they were in stock), it was up to the member of staff packing. I would of preferred the choice if possible.”

“The container roses arrived, well packed and seem to be good quality. The delivery took longer than it should have as I suspect Hermes mislaid it in transit.”

“Goods as expected, so well pleased. Like another's reviewer, I would have appreciated an e-mail informing me that my order had been despatched. Nevertheless, when I called up to check I was dealt with efficiently, was told where my parcel was in the delivery chain and I received it later that day as promised, so thank you.”

“Unfortunately I ordered through internet so by time my order went in you were sold out. One of your staff ,Matthew kindly called me to explain which saved a lot of wasted time. I will certainly not hesitate to order from you again.”
