“The instructions were a little sparse. It would help if there was a sketch of the items and identity how the items should be lined up in particular items with drilled holes e.g. the top angled sides on the roof needed the securing holes to be on the bottom. A little more detail would, I believe, be very helpful.”

Good Afternoon Kathleen, I would like to take this opportunity to thank you for your order with us online for the plants. As the order was placed on a Friday we held off from dispatching your parcel until Monday to avoid the plants drying out and becoming unhealthy due to the lack of light. After dispatching your order on the Monday we were happy to see the order arrived with you safely on the Tuesday. All packaging used inside the parcel was recycled from our deliveries to reduce our environmental impact. “My parcel was dispatched promptly. But the cardboard box was a second -hand one and pretty well “used”. It arrived here looking very much the worse for wear. It was pure luck that all the boxes of chocolates inside were not crushed.”

“I’ve been searching for a spark Fire Guard and finally found one on your website. It arrived very quickly and fits perfectly. I can’t wait to test it with a proper fire. I admire that you re-use packaging but felt you then used a lot of plastic wrapping and parcel tape to make my parcel secure. Wish I lived nearer then I could actually visit your Centre.”
