“A very quick and efficient service. However, I bought some Christmas decorations and Christmas village pieces that suggested there was more to choose from but did not have the option to choose the ones I wanted (if they were in stock), it was up to the member of staff packing. I would of preferred the choice if possible.”

“The container roses arrived, well packed and seem to be good quality. The delivery took longer than it should have as I suspect Hermes mislaid it in transit.”

“Goods as expected, so well pleased. Like another's reviewer, I would have appreciated an e-mail informing me that my order had been despatched. Nevertheless, when I called up to check I was dealt with efficiently, was told where my parcel was in the delivery chain and I received it later that day as promised, so thank you.”

“The delivery service was the thing that let you down, maybe a little harsh as it is a very busy time but other services seem to be able to do next day delivery. But the parcel came and it was well packed so that no damage was done.many thanks John Kent”

“Really good service however I didn’t receive a confirmation email saying you had processed my order. I noticed the money was gone from my account however no communication on whether my order had been dispatched or anything.
