“It was a shame I never received the three items,, they were a Christmas gift for my daughter. The courier that you used just told me a pack of lies about the delay instead of informing me that the address was incomplete. Sadly my daughter returned home without a present as a result.”

“Fantastic customer service!! I ordered something via Amazon and then discovered their website and decided I wanted to order something else as well. I called them up and they were happy to put my second item into the first item’s parcel to save me paying delivery twice. So nice to actually speak to a person when you call up, and very grateful that they were so accommodating. Thank you! Items arrived quickly and very well packaged.”
