“Amazing service! I ordered a Christmas tree at 1.30pm on 30th December and it was delivered at 1.30pm on 2nd January. Given that the two days in between were New Year's Eve and New Year's Day, I was extremely impressed.”

“We received excellent service from everyone, the staff, were helpful, cheerful and nothing was too much trouble. Their body language, (which in other places, often does not match words and actions) were spot on, you could see they were enjoying their work, and it was busy. A great team together making it a lovely day out.”
