“Excellent service from ordering to notification of delivery, the Old railway Line Garden centre kept us informed at all stages prior to despatch. Chair cushions were packed securely and watertight (thanks Jack). Cushions were just what we`ve been looking for over a year, thanks.”

“I bought the Panacea Heavyweight Plant Caddies due to having 3, rather large planters. I was telephoned by the Online Team to warn me that being cast iron, the plant caddies did have a few rust spots. But upon delivery... this was minimal. The heavy items were wrapped in layers of bubble wrap, which sadly did not stop one of the wheels being damaged in transportation. No worries. Contacted The Old Railway Line Garden Centre by telephone and sending a photo email of the offending wheel.... to which they were apologetic and, after explaining, I could remove the damaged wheel myself, so all they had to do is post a replacement. Saving money them and time. Customer Services were extremely helpful, easy to explain the damage and overall I am impressed with the outcome. However, one aspect of the replacement was the time Evri took to deliver the new wheel. Having posted the wheel Thursday, Evri received it early Friday morning but it took a further 5 days to deliver!!! Tracking the item was easy but to receive the parcel at their local distribution centre and then 5 days to hand it over to the customer, is totally unacceptable!!! I am happy with my purchase, the Caddies and the Garden Centre but bewildered by the length of time Evri took to deliver an extremely small package!!!”

“The Rose was for a friend & she loved it. It was in memory of a Dog she’d just lost named Annie so was ideal. It was in great condition when it arrived and was sent quickly. Thanks”

“Bought a heritage bird bath for my mums 80th birthday, it had obviously been sat outside as was dirty, it had imperfections on it and a large chip on the rim that had been very badly “repaired “. I’m still waiting for a response from my complaint!”

“Excellent service and product. Unfortunately the courier was not as good and the item was broken on delivery BUT I have to say the item couldn’t have been better packed by the sender. I contacted them and sent a photo at their request, a replacement was sent out the same day by a different courier and arrived safely. Brilliant company and brilliant customer service. Thank you for your brilliant service.”
