“I ordered a gas adapter with the intention of picking it up then realized the Hay festival was on. I messaged the garden center to ask if it could be posted they replied within minutes. I paid the postage and received the product quicker than if I were to pick it up ...first class service...thank you”

“When i received the lanterns I bought from Old Railway line garden centre they had a lot of broken glass panes, I bought these on March 3rd, to date I have not received the replacement glass, which they said they would replace, or a refund, and they have ignored my email”
