“Staff made me really at ease and relaxed. Nice talking to an expert in the field and she was happy to answer all my questions and check moles even in intimate areas. Gave me real peace of mind and would suggest everyone gets a check up.”

“Excellent service. Very pleasant staff and nurse Jemma was extremely nice. She was very professional, reassuring and informative. A full body mole check was carried out in 45mins. Just a tiny grumble but when booking online the deposit has to be paid via PayPal. I do not use that and have no wish to have an account. I therefore had to phone the office to book and pay over the phone. Not a problem but a glitch.”

“My assessor Clare, put me at ease and was very clear in her explanation of the process, what she was looking for and ways to protect skin. She called me after the assessment to explain that they had found a mole they wanted to keep an eye on and was very clear about what was happening .”

“The examination took place in an informal, cordial atmosphere. The nurse seemed very experienced and was able to discus the results of her examination in layman terms. A full report was provided that included some general and close-up images of spots to be concerned about. The report could be used for reference, for my GP or the Mole Clinic's own dermatologists. This initial examination is of good value, but naturally further dermatological work involving excisions, curettage and reconstruction is very expensive, whether done at the Clinic or other private practices.”

“I phoned on the day as I was in the area to see if I could get an appointment for a single mole to be checked. I was offered an appointment and very good directions by a lady on the phone. Once at the clinic I saw Jemma and she was so friendly and bubbly she made the whole experience a pleasant one with her manner and professionalism. Jemma clearly explained the process and findings. I can't recommend the service and staff highly enough.”

“Very kind and professional. The result came back very quickly and I was able to make a hospital appointment to have the mole removed. I haven't had the result of the biopsy yet.”
