“Efficient, helpful booking process; charming receptionists - when we jokingly mentioned lack of biscuits with the (complementary) coffee, they brought us half a dozen! Very good session with the nurse, plenty of explanation and chances to ask questions (maybe one or two too many technical names and terms, but nothing serious). Photographer very pleasant and thorough. Able to take all the pictures away on a usb and the reports came through promptly by email within a couple of days. All in all, very satisfactory experience.”
