The nurses I spoke with were knowledgable, very personable and made me feel completely at ease. The telederm service was so efficient - same day results. I have already recommended the mole clinic to friends.

The staff are very helpful and extremely knowledgeable. I had an insitu melanoma 8 years ago that was picked up by the team and removed by a specialist. Regular check ups by The Mole Clinic give me the peace of mind that should anything else arise they will spot it and refer me ASAP.

Very helpful, professional and reassuring on both my visits. After a first diagnosis abroad of pre-cancerous patches on my very fair and freckly skin, I came to the clinic for a further check, which gave me peace of mind. I will keep using it and definitely recommend regular check ups here as an excellent preventative approach for anyone concerned about skin cancer.

Staff at the Mole Clinic in Oxford Circus are absolutely fantastic. Extremely professional and friendly. It was because of a visit to the Mole Clinic that I had two irregular moles removed that came back as possibly dangerous. I now go back annually for a check and experience the same service each time.

Although the nurses are very good, the administrative staff are generally rude and unhelpful. The overall price is quite high for the service being provided as the treatment rooms are starting to look a bit shabby and tired. This could be an excellent service if more attention is paid to detail. Maybe one of the managers should arrive as a client and go through the process?

I have only been to the clinic once and I had an examination with a nurse who was very good and made me feel at ease. The reception staff on the other hand were very unprofessional. Gossiping in front of clients in a very small office is not very appropriate. During my exam it was suggested that I had a photo sent off for one of my newer moles. I agree to this and paid the fee. This was now nearly a year ago and I have not had any feedback out contact from the clinic, despite sending two emails and calling a couple of times. I actually live outside the uk at the moment and so wanted to check everything out before leaving. I am still unsure if any of my moles are problematic. At first I recommended the service to friends. But after not getting any results and no one answering my emails I have since suggested elsewhere. If anyone had any results for me I'd like to know them. Claire Douglas
