“I managed to book an appointment for my Mum for the same day she found a suspect mole. She now has piece of mind that all is well and the results we're emailed the next day. The service provided was very quick and professional and I would recommend The Mole Clinic to everybody.”

“Having lived in South Africa as a youngster and before the big awareness about sun damage, I'm only too aware now of keeping an eye on my many moles. This was my second check-up with The Mole Clinic and I really can't recommend them more. The check-up is thorough and the nurse was extremely knowledgeable. I'm a huge fan of the NHS but having this specialist service available is fantastic and worth every penny.”

“A very thorough examination of my whole body, with moles identified to keep an eye on, and others that were ok. The nurse doing the check was very knowledgeable about skin cancer and gave lots of information including how to check moles, and what signs to look out for.”

“The mole check was very thorough and involved every freckle and mole being examined. The nurse was able to diagnose a blemish I've had on my shoulder for the past 10 years and also found similar on my torso that I hadn't noticed myself. I was also advised which moles I should be checking for changes going forward. I was very pleased with the service and would recommend to anyone who has a mole that they are concerned about. I was happy that I could book a same day appointment online and go during my lunch hour.”

“I am extremely happy with the whole process at the clinic. It was very simple to book online, and was clear about what I was paying and why. The reception was clean, and was well staffed so there was no waiting to be greeted, and then staff were friendly and professional. My nurse Carli was absolutely lovely, she was friendly, made me feel comfortable and relaxed, as well as being very knowledgeable. The follow up was quick and I was fortunate to have no issues to need any further treatment.”

“I was impressed by the overall mole check, however was disappointed with the extra fee I paid to have a special evaluation on a questionable mole. The result was emailed to me very quickly and basically said that everything seemed ok but I should have it checked by a dermatologist. I thought by paying the extra fee, that was what I was doing. If it was not possible to definitively observe the status through your test, I should just have been informed to see a dermatologist.”

“Although this is a service I would continue to use, I think the cost of the appointment is expensive. I expected a photographic data file to be kept from my previous appointment so that the differences in a year could clearly be seen. But actually the check is only on the current moles that you present at the appointment. Having said the above, the staff are extremely helpful and friendly and the environment clean and professional.”

“I'd been meaning to get my moles checked for ages, as I'd never had them checked before. Stumbled across The Mole Clinic online and thought I'd give them a go - easy booking online, good central location in Oxford Circus and only took 20 mins even with all my moles. Money well spent for peace of mind with a lovely Aussie nurse who knew her stuff.”
