“Excellent service. A thorough examination to check that I don't have any miles to be concernedaabout. It gives me great confidence that I don't have any undetected surprises when it comes to skin cancer. Well worth a yearly visit.”

“I thought the mole clinic was a very good experience. I found the nurse very thorough when examining my moles and left i left my appoinment feeling very possitive and my mind at ease. I would definitley recommend the mole clinic to friends and family”

“The Mole Clinic is the first place to go if you have any worries about one of your moles. Although this is a private clinic, it is really easy to follow up any recommendations with the NHS for free.”

“Impressed with ease of booking appointment and actual appointment was thorough and the results were quick. However the actual detail of the result was not so satisfactory. I was told that I needed to go back and be rechecked to see if the mole has grown in 2-3 weeks. And pay again - albeit slightly less. So no better off than when walked through the door.”

Thank you for reviewing our service. I confirm your mole did not present as typical and was therefore imaged for specialist diagnosis. Our specialist diagnosed your mole as most probably benign, but requested that it be re-imaged in 4 weeks in order to rule out any possibility of suspect change. In the unlikely event suspect change is present, the diagnosis would change and treatment would be required. This approach helps avoid removal of benign moles and assists with the detection of early skin cancers. “I was impressed with the care that the nurse I had (Anna) took to evaluate my moles, one of my moles showed some signs that needed further investigation, this was photgraphed to be looked at by a dermatologist although Anna reassured me that she thought it was one of two types of condition that were not a cause for major concern. I received my results by email the following day with thankfully no further action required. I was relieved that this was done so quickly as it's the waiting that can be most distressing. I would recommend the Mole Clinic to anyone unsure of their skins condition.”

“My second visit, and again a very good experience. The nurse checked all my moles (lots of them!) and was very thorough. She also reassured me regarding a couple of queries I had. It was good timewise - my appointment was for 11.15 and that is when I was called.”

“Having fair skin and quite a lot of moles I find myself in a paranoid mess most summers when the skin cancer warnings hit the media again. This year I was particularly worried about a couple of mine. My GP recommended a screening service and I found the mole clinic on Google. I was so impressed with the service. My nurse, Renee, was very thorough and professional whilst managing to keep it all lighthearted to ease nerves. I felt very reassured by my screening and know better what I am looking for in my moles from now on. I am definitely going to be going back for a yearly screening and if I ever have a suspect mole again I'll be straight on the phone to book in again. Thank you. I feel like a weight's been lifted off my shoulders.”

“I was seen very quickly (earlier than my appointment time). The doctor who attended to me was very thorough, helpful and informative. This is the first time I have been to the Mole Clinic (on a recommendation) and I was very glad to have done so as I was put at ease about any possible sun damage to my skin. I think this is an extremely important check-up to have done (especially as you enjoy sunny holidays as I do!) and I will be making it an annual check-up to be on the safe side. Thank you for your help.”

“At all points of contact I found the clinic staff to be at the same time friendly and highly professional. I appreciated the discretion, and the clear and concise explanations given by the nurse. The Clinic's concern that appointments should proceed on time is a big plus for customers.”
