“We have bought kiln dried Ash logs from the luxury wood company for the past 4 years, the quality of the wood is excellent, however, the logs are too big so my husband has to chop them all up which is not ideal. the service is brilliant and the delivery drivers are extremely helpful.”

“Very disappointed with this pallet load, lots of small pieces of wood which cannot be described as a log. Having had two previous deliveries which were excellent this load not worth the money. Will have to think twice before placing another order. The luxury wood company is not how I would describe my latest experience”

“I've bought logs from this company a couple of times and I've been very happy with all aspects of their service. The drivers have been helpful, the logs are dry and very well stacked and when I've phoned them. they're friendly and helpful.”

“Brilliant - I ordered last minute prior to Christmas, not expecting to get a delivery slot but The Luxury Wood Company got is sorted. Great product too with the wood being consistent in length and thus better for stacking if you do not intend to keep it on the pallet.”

“I'd like to recommend The Wood Flooring Company. I am having a brand new Therapy/Yoga room built and having used Elaine's company before wanted to use them for this. Its been a frustrating path to get it done in time with builders and concrete being ready for it to be laid but David came out on New Years Day to get things ready - which is above and beyond (he even called in help from another contractor based in Exeter no less to get the room ready for the floor). The floor is being laid as I write this and it looks stunning - I'll post some pictures when they've gone. It has been a long process to get to the stage it is at the moment but I am delighted at how it looks. Thank you so so much Elaine and David.”

“The worst wood I have purchased ! Was mouldy and wrotten they say it was kiln dried oak ! An absolute disgrace and then proceeded to offer a refund of £40 after it cost £250 !! Avoid at all costs purchase elsewhere as this company are rip off merchants !”
