“The Luxury Wood Company is a very efficient organisation. The ordering process is simple, the prices are very good and the delivery service was excellent (again!). The quality of the product was again excellent with a typical moisture level (measured on my own moisture meter) of around 10%. I would definitely recommend The Luxury Wood Company.”

“I have just had my 3rd pallet of wood from The Luxury Wood Co. and I have been very happy with the quality of the wood each time. The website ordering and tracking process has been straight forward and problem free. Delivery driver on this occasion was very helpful although the driver on the previous visit was less helpful which caused some stress as I was not at home at the time. On a negative point I have noted that the size of the pallet this time is smaller than the previous 2 orders.”

“The service from these guys is very good, sadly the last batch of wood was below their usual high-standard, paid for grade A, got mostly grade b and some grade c. Will give them the benefit of the doubt as these are strange times indeed. Delivery company are brilliant. On time and very helpful with respect to order placement.”

“I have dealt with you for a number of years now and have always been very satisfied with the ordering, delivery and quality of the product. The delivery drivers are absolutely marvellous. I realise that they don't work for L.W. but felt it an opportunity to make this comment. Hope you will pass this on”

“The wood content was ash which remains good quality we have it nets which we find better for us the delivery was good now that they use powered pallet trucks we live on a hill and the dive as a slope with these trucks it’s easy placed right where you what it”

“Easy ordering system; plenty of stock; courteous delivery driver. The weakness in the system is still the uncertainty in timing of delivery on the agreed day. Delays, sometimes adding an extra day, are never communicated even if caused by problems beyond your control.”

Dear Nigel, We are sorry for the problems you experience with the delivery. The pallet network we use offer several options beyond the Standard service - Specific day delivery, Economy AM service and Specific Time delivery. Please feel free to request any of the above services when placing an order the next time.

“Delivery came as promised. Driver was very helpful & dropped the crate as close to the house as possible . The wood is terrific, lights easily gives out a lot of heat & very little smoke or ash.”
