“I was recommended to TLWC, but sadly was disappointed with the quality of the logs as they were not consistent in size, were dirty and had moss on them. a week later I was breaking the pallet down and found the answer a bright red 'B' on the lower corner! I ordered and paid for the standard or 'A' pallet. However, the delivery service was excellent.”

“Delivered on time and the guy who delivered was really helpful, wheeling a crate of logs straight into the garage. Previously we have gone for loose bundles but these were crated on a pallet and bound with industrial cling film. For me this was ideal. Great value for money and as may be expected, they burn beautifully.”

“Bought a pallet of Birch wood logs online, was contacted very soon after to arrange the delivery. Very pleased delivery arrived , driver was very helpful with dropping the pallet where I wanted. The wood is great quality and smells define. Great service good value. Thank you all very much.”

“This is the 5th year I have had a full crate of wood. It lasts the winter for me and i make use of the pallet to chop up and use as kindling. I tried other kiln dried wood but have found this the best so far.”

“the ash logs are very dry and burn well, idealy they should be of a larger diameter to slow the rate of burning, it is the surface area to mass ratio effect. The pallet they came in/on generates a lot of kindling which again is dry and burns well, I cut it up with my jig and band saws. The delivery company accomadated my timing to the hour so my young gardner could be on hand to store the logs. apart from the size can't fault the logs and I buy annually”

“As usual prompt delivery and excellent product Only niggle is delivery company do not give times slots or updates over internet or app so had to stay in all day as didn’t arrive till 4pm”

“Ordering online is easy. However the delivery system let's the system down in my area. No one contacted me to arrange delivery. A driver arrived at 1730. He was helpful but is was fortunate I was at home as there is nowhere to leave a delivery. I shall think twice before ordering again.”
