“Timber is fine and very packaged. However delivery not so good, Used a company that delivered the wood on a vehicle that was not fit for purpose in that the tail lift did not work properly and required me to provide a device to hold the lift safety button in place. Not good practice. Took some time time to resolve in the rain! Driver was a great guy and not happy with situation”

“While there was absolutely nothing wrong about the quality of the wood & other products purchased with "The Luxury Wood Company"; they were very well wrapped and in full. The delivery got lots to be desired, while I have a drive, the lorry driver left the goods on the road, saying that he couldn't get the pallet up the drive, other delivery drivers have managed pallet loads of wood up the drive and in front of the woodsheds, but not this one! This meant that both myself & my wife had to decant this wood into builders flexi-tubs to move this tonne of wood up the drive and into my woodsheds; I couldn't leave this in the middle of the road overnight, so came home from work to do this job in the pouring rain, needless to say, the wood is now damp.”

“The pallet of kiln dried logs had been delivered up our drive and placed in the required location in the garage before the driver knocked on the door.. ... excellent service! Also we have used these logs for several years and our chimney sweep tells us we are in his top 2% for the condition of the soot.”
