I ordered my second load of logs from the company, having been delighted with my first delivery of Kiln Dried Birch Logs. I was surprised to see that the price had almost doubled since Feb 22 & believed from the web site that delivery was included in the price - NO. I was faced with an additional delivery charge of £19.95 which I felt should have been made clear on the web site. I challenged this additional charge & was given a credit which was refunded to my credit card fairly promptly. The delivery driver was extremely helpful in dropping off the large pallet but i had asked that I was notified 2 days before delivery to ensure I was home to accept the load. The product is however first class - it would be lovely if there was some keener pricing before my next order. Overall an excellent organisation who listens to my complaint, responds in my favour & delivers first class fuel for my log burner.
