“Wood was ordered, delivered on time and helpfully unloaded to the correct location even though this was some 50m from the roadside. A few of the 60 sleepers are “less than perfect” but then we have bought “landscape” grade timber rather than “construction” grade so no complaints, just something to be aware of.”

“I shopped around for oak sleepers and nowhere could match your price once delivery was factored in. They are great quality and the requested cuts were accurate and clean. Really pleased and have recommended you to several friends already. Quick delivery on the date you said at the time you said by a cheerful delivery guy. Would order from you again! The photos show how easy the sleepers are to treat and colour however you choose.”

“Lots of the sleeper were either split or bowed.it does state they are landscaping grade but I didn’t expect that many to have faults.”

“The quality not as good as I expected 3 out of the 6 2.4 oak sleepers significantly bowed of which one was bowed on 2 directions. Of the 12 1.2 sleepers 4 where severely cracked. I have just about managed to complete 2 raised beds but not a good job. 2 of the 2.4 sleepers have not been used. I would not buy from The Luxury Wood Company again.”
